After days of denying her sweets craving, Sophia decided to give into her craving and go to honeydukes sweetshop. Once she got there she paced back and forth down the aisles. All the candies looked so good, but she just couldn't figure out which ones to buy. After all she really didn't need the sweets....she just wanted some so so badly.

She continued to walk down the chocolate aisle, until she found the dark chocolate display. Dark chocolate was her most favorite thing ever. She grabbed a few different things and then continued walking around the store.

Even though she probably wasn't going to buy anymore, she didn't want to go outside. The weather had gotten so bloody cold that going outside was a terrible task in itself.

Also she was happy to get away from Hogwarts. That many people didn't know that Jossur and Sophia had had a friendship with benefits, students were starting to make rumors about who they thought the father was. Some of the rumors were starting to get rather ugly and it was driving Sophia mad. Whenever she tried to tell people that the baby was Jossur's they would laugh and then roll their eyes.
This year at Hogwarts was going to be a pain.

Hit by a wave of sweet confectionary smells, Xavier made his way into Honeydukes. He had come to visit Sophia at Hogwarts and was not too sure how long he would be staying, so he stopped in Hogsmeade and rented a room at an inn. While walking through the town, many of the stores caught Xavier's attention and, avoiding the inevitable conversation with his girlfriend, he decided he would check them out.

Walking through the isles, Xavier figured he could buy Sophia a peace offering of chocolate. She had always loved dark chocolate, and with the baby on the way, she (hopefully) wouldn't be upset by such a treat; she did have to eat for two now. Searching for any familiar brands he knew she liked, Xavier rounded a corner and almost ran into the blonde he was buying for.

"Sophia! Um... hello," he said, scratching the back of his neck and giving a nervous smile.

Sophia was just about to round the corner, when she heard a familiar voice. For a minute there it sounded like Xavier, as she turned around, she found that her eyes didn't decieve her, it was Xavier. This was going to be interesting.

She looked down at her hands and blushed when she noticed that her arms were full of sweets. It turned out that she had been craving more than chocolate. It was usually so not like her, but she couldn't wait to have one of her soon to be purhases.

Even though she had no idea, Sophia opened her mouth and hoped that something would come out. "Oh, wow Xavier, what are you doing here?" she paused and then slipped something else out, "Are you here to yell at me even more make me feel even more like shit?"

In a way she meant the last line, but she wish she didn't say it out loud. Now all she could do is stand there and wait for what Xavier was going to say. She wouldn't take it back, but she didn't want to make him mad. He probably came to see her and hopefully there was a good reason to it.

Xavier smiled at Sophia's monentary embarrasment at what she carried in her arms, but as she spoke his expression turned to mild shock and hurt. He knew he deserved much more than just a verbal lashing for how he had treated her and it now stung that he had upset her so much.

"No! I- I actually came to see you and apologize. I was hoping to catch you at the school and ask you to lunch, or something, so we could talk. If I'm going to yell at anybody, it will probably be Jossur," Xavier laughed uncomfortably. "Here, let me carry some of those things for you and then, if you're free right now, we can go find somewhere to sit and discuss everything?"

Xavier hoped Sophia could see the earnesty in his eyes. He had had time to think over all the things he said that summer and how awful and unaccepting he had been; he had just never considered this situation ever happening in his life. However, he still loved Sophia very much and wanted to be with her, so if that meant he would have to also care for and love a kid even though it wasn't his, then so be it. If the child turned out anything like her mother, then he was sure he could grow to love her.

Sophia let out a small sigh of relief, at least Xavier wasn't going to get mad at her. That made things a little bit easier. Quietly she handed over some of the chocolate she had in her hands to Xavier and then attempted a small smile, "I finally gave into my chocolate cravings."

She started to walk towards the check out counter and nodded to Xavier to follow her. She still didn't know what to think of Xavier being here at the moment, but she wasn't going to let it get to her. After all Sophia had to admit that she had missed her cute little boyfriend awfully a lot.

As the two waited in line, she turned to Xavier and said, "Well if you want to talk, we should probably stay in Hogsmeade. If we go to Hogwarts we would have quite a few wide eyed classmates trailing after us. Believe me when something happens to someone, everyone wants to know. So where do you want to talk?"

She stood there and stared at Xavier. It was nice to have him back, but she knew something bad was going to happen that he was back. She just had a feeling that him and Jossur were going to clash very beadly.

Xavier took the sweets and moved up in line with Sophia. He was glad she seemed to be giving him a chance, rather than just bitching him out and walking away. It had been difficult enough making the decision to come here in the first place, knowing she’d be mad.

"Ah yes, the crazy years a magical teenage drama; I remember those years with a gruding affection... Anyways, the Three Broomsticks is usually louder so I guess we can go there. And here, let me buy this stuff for you; it's the least I can do and I was planning on buying you this anyways," he said, holding up the chocolate he had picked out.

His arm dropped slowly and Xavier squirmed under Sophia's stare. She was always able to scare him just a bit with that look because it was almost like she as reading his mind. However, he knew she would not do that and shook it off, moving up further in the line again.

"Sure that sounds good. Not that I'll be able to drink right now." Sophia said as she put her hand on her stomach. "Anyways, it is probably better that way. We all know how lovely I can be when I drink."

It was true, she still remembered hearing how unruly she was when she was drunk and there were sometimes when Xavier ended up dragging her out of the bars so she wouldn't cause any more of a scene than she already had.

She stared at him a little longer and then paid for the candy she had in her hands. She walked closer to Xavier. She was so close to him that she could feel his breath on her skin. For a while she couldn't help but smile. Catching herself, she frowned and backed up.

"Well I'm ready to head to the Three Broomsticks when you are. I hope it got a little warmer outside."
