1. Acceptance of Terms

All content (services, products, websites) found bearing the name of x.REBELLION and its affiliates, unless stated otherwise is a free service, however with all content there are conditions of usage. By actively or inactively visiting, using in full or in part (as specified by the Terms of Service), or joining, you are stating a complete knowledge and agreement of these terms of Service.

* Additions to Terms: Some Services provided by x.REBELLION may require extra stipulations (rules ad guidelines). By using these services you immediately become subjected to those rules
* Conflicting Terms: Other Services provided by x.REBELLION may be governed by Differing TOS (for example, hosting of forums and or websites, blogs, etc). In the event of an inconsistency between these TOS and any additional posted conditions or separate usage terms. The governing conditions of the other shall supersede this one.
* Modification of Terms: The terms of service will be subject to change at anytime. However, We here believe that as a member you are entitled to knowing and will inform you of any change. It is your responsibility to return to this document upon notification of addition or subtraction to remain updated and current.

2.Description of Services

The services provided are solely aimed at aiding forum goes both administrative staff and registered members. Al content is copyrighted to x.REBELLION however the use of advice given and services (for example, reviews, use of the website, documentation, plugs interviews and more) are to be used to aid you.

3. User Agreement
Posted Material:You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International law.

Multiple Posting: You also agree that you will only post twice in a row or more if it is a forum where this is allowed.

Copyright Infringement:You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

PMs: Spam, flooding, flaming and Advertising via PM System are also forbidden on this forum

Content: All content posted on x.REBELLION, including (but not limited to) Skins, Graphics, and Codes, Templates, and Documentations are the sole property of it's creator and the x.REBELLION. As a result redistribution of said material is forbidden and goes against all copyright laws, unless permission is granted in writing from both the creator and owner of the forum.

Forbidden Content: You agree that you will not post, PM, upload, email, or link to any material that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content relating to:

--Abnormal Practises (such as but not limited to Self Mutilation, necrophilia, atheism, occult)

Usernames:You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
Usernames: (types)You are not restricted to the types of usernames that you have chosen as long as they fit and you can remember it. It is not our responsibility to remember your chosen usernames.

Usernames: (not allowed)You are not allowed the use of names that are defamatory or insulting in anyway. Your names cannot contain any offensive words actions or symbols. By ignoring this rule you declare us the right to change it as we see fit. Anyone found bearing names which go against the above mention will have their names changed to : User #(your registration number) You may request a name change after 50 posts from your last post.
Username: (Change)Before you register take time to think on the username that you would like to use. If however you find that you would like to have a name change then you may request such when you have graduated to rank to level 1 (500 posts) and have been an active or periodical member of x.REBELLION and you must not have reached level 2 of the punishment system.

Avatar/ Signatures: Avatars and Signatures may be used for advertising and anything that you believe should be in there, within reason. You are not allowed the use of insulting or sexual images. By using them you allow us the right to suspend or warn your account. Also the offensive image will be replaced with an image or text stating, "I was suspended for breaking the rules".

Accounts: Each member is allowed the use of one account. One email address. As this is not a role-playing forum you will only need one. Registering a new account solely for bumping will result in a raise in your warn level

User Profiles: After you register and login to x.REBELLION, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.


Member Attitudes:

As a member on a forum with differing peoples, you are expected to show some restraints in behaviour and courtesy to your fellow man. Here is a short list of things that will not be tolerated.

**You will not harass another member
**You will not attempt to hack/ destroy/ delete any of the affiliations of x.REBELLION
**You will not pm another member, moderator, staff advertising the use of your service
**You will abide by the rules knowing fully that by not doing so you will face the consequences
**Impersonate any other member (meaning taking over their account)
**Violate any local or international laws while using x.REBELLION
**Collect or store information about other users

4. Punishment Standards and Regulations
Please be mindful of everyone and show them your respect by following the rules. They are there for a reason.

Levels before deletion. Note an administrator or enforcer may at anytime skip these levels if they believe it warranted

--First Offence: An impersonal PM telling you of your action for it may have been unintentional. Impersonal because members tend to believe that when they are corrected it is a personal vendetta against them you will be given options to rectify the error and to see that it does not occur again.

--Second Offence: You will receive a warning at a level of 10% and an explanation for your warning added within the warn area so that administrators know the reason for said warning. Your posting will not be restricted in anyway. However, member who has to be chastised twice will then be placed on the Grey list meaning you are being watched.

--Third offence: the warn level will rise to 40%. Your posting will be monitored. Your name added to the black list meaning about to be deleted. If you continue to the point that you have reached Level 3 offence well you are on thin ice.

Forth Offence: This level is suspension for a the sum total of 7 days starting the day after you were suspended. The effects of the other levels will remain with you though when the suspension is over. If you have reached level four and you would like to remain the best thing is to keep a low profile.

Fifth Offence: By repeatedly going against the rules you are stating a disregard for your administrative team and fellow members. After all these chances to redeem your self with no avail you are then released from any immunity your member status has granted you and as a result your I.P, email and anything else that identifies you as you will be banned indefinitely.


Removing the Effects of Punishment starting from level 2


To return your account back to the state of regular member you are to request this in the Help Forum. An administrator or Moderator, of any rank will respond letting you know that your claim was on parole. Then you would have to prove yourself by waiting the period of a set date below then when this date has been reached without any increase your account will revert back to normal
