Just around the corner from Diagon Alley lies a dark, twisting alleyway devoted to the Dark Arts: Knockturn Alley. The wares sold there a bit dodgy and the wizards hanging around behave fairly suspiciously as well. From the shops and the street vendors one can purchase, among other things, shrunken heads, poisonous candles, human-looking fingernails, and Flesh-Eating Slug Repellent.

Where the majority of witches and wizards make their living, the Ministry of Magic is located in the heart of London. The actual structure is all underground, although magical windows show whatever weather Magical Maintenance has chosen for the day, from bright sunshine to hurricanes.

St Mungo's Hospital, the only wizarding hospital in Britain, is a place where the Healers of the Wizarding World gather to treat the sick and wounded. From werewolf bites to misguided hexes no matter how bad your ailment is the Healers will be able to heal you in a jiffie!
