every school has a book of rules for you to read through at the beginning of the year, right? well, this is what this is, of sorts, except this isn't just for rules. inside, you'll find the site plot, status information, and, of course, the rules. it's pretty important for you to read these before you start. otherwise, you could prove yourself to be a fool later on.

nearly everyone has a cellphone unless either a, they're too poor to afford one, or b, their stupidity left them with a lack of privileges. hopefully your character has the opportunity to have one, because these can come very handy, especially when trying to get in contact with a loved one. signups are in the signup forum.

anyone who happens to need any sort of help, or who has gotten into a heap of trouble, is usually escorted to this building of offices. inside, you can find the main office, as well as the principal and vice principal's offices, and the nurse's station.

the class buildings.
within two different buildings, you can find your assortment of classrooms. everything from band to math, english to science, and so on. if you plan on being absent and excused from a class, you must see the nurse beforehand. you are allowed two unexcused absenses per quarter, so try and refrain from making many of those. after four ua's, you will then be suspended. after the fifth, you will be expelled. tardiness will result in a detention. also inside can be found the library.

the athletics building.
inside of this glorious building, you will not only find the gymnasium where the physical education classes are held, but also a weight room which is open for student use from 2pm to 9pm. also found inside is a basketball court, which (in last winter/early spring) transforms into a hockey rink for the hockey team.

the cafeteria and auditorium building.
inside this building, you will not only find the cafeteria for all of your feeding needs, but you will also find the auditorium, which is used for plays and performances. the cafeteria is open from 7am to 9pm, but vending machines are available at all hours. the auditorium is open from 8am to 10pm, open for all to use if they should so need.

rodeo drive, between santa monica blvd. and wilshire blvd in beverly hills, is a world famous three block long stretch of los angeles' best shops and boutiques. it is one of the most expensive shopping districts in the world and its shop owners have paid a hefty price tag for real estate there. bijan, at 420 rodeo drive, is actually the single most expensive shop in the world. appointments have to be made to shop there and items range from a $50 pair of socks to $50,000 suits.

beverly hills has many mansions through its city. greystone manor, in beverly hills, is the largest mansion that has ever been built in the city. oil-tycoon edward doheny built this beautiful property in 1928 as a gift for his son. the mansion boasts over 46,000 square feet of living space and cost more than $4 million to build.
the mansion has been used over the years for several hollywood movies including indecent proposal, mafia and the bodyguard starring kevin costner and whitney houston. it resembles a modern mansion but has the traditional feel of an old historic castle complete with limestone walls, stone courtyards, and heavy wooden doors.

grauman's chinese theatre.
grauman's chinese theatre has been a cornerstone of hollywood for over 75 years. the grand opening of the theatre was on may 18, 1927 and it was the most impressive theatre opening in motion picture history. a riot actually broke out as fans tried to get glimpses of the movie stars and other celebrities as they arrived for the opening. because of the time in our country's history authorization from the u.s. government had to be obtained to import some of the theatre's artifacts like the temple bells, pagodas and the stone heaven dogs. most of these artifacts remain here today for all los angeles tourists to see and admire including the 2 heaven dogs that guard the entrance.

the hollywood and highland center.
the hollywood & highland center, in los angeles, is a huge complex that offers the best in entertainment, retail and hotel services. the center is located in the hollywood district of los angeles and includes the world famous grauman's chinese theatre and the kodak theatre, which is home to the academy awards. this historic site was also once the home of the famous hollywood hotel. the complex offers amazing views of the hollywood hills as well as the hollywood sign. the centerpiece of the complex was inspired by the film "intolerance" by d.w. griffith and is a massive three-story courtyard filled with 75 shops , 3 restaurants, a movie theater, the highlands nightclub and a lucky strike lanes bowling alley.
the hollywood & highland center also has 65,000 square feet of gathering spaces including the grand ballroom, which is used for the oscars governors ball. the world famous chef wolfgang puck also operates his regional headquarters out of the complex and the center also includes studios for the daily talk show "on the air with ryan seacrest." resting on the north side of the complex is the renaissance hollywood hotel, which has 637 rooms. the los angeles county metropolitan transportation authority hollywood/highland red line subway stop is actually beneath the structure, which can take visitors to downtown los angeles or even north hollywood/burbank.

forget staying in california! you have fifty one other states, as well as numerous countries outside of the us borders, so what's keeping you in california, love? sure, the partying might be nice every now and again, but there's surely much more outside of the clubs and parties, right? not to mention, if you're going to be famous, you need to get yourself known world wide, not just by your next door neighbors.
