any1 else here played monster hunter? MY FAVORITE PS2 game ecspecially if you have online. I put in over 800+ hours lol. Mainly online. You go with other people and would hunt down GIANT DRAGONS etc.. and then after a kill you and your teammates could carve parts off of it and make new armor and weapons.

I have rarely had the opportunity to play MH online (because I don't have the net at home anymore. *is sad*). I play the game in moderation because offline it is kind of hard. >>; I still have to kill the Celaphadrome. I get frustrated with that thing. It's not necessarily the monster itself that gives me the problems but all the other crap around it. As soon as I kill one Celaphos, three more attack me and nearly kill me. Then I have to run off, consume another potion and head back into the fray and by that time the big guy has slept off the damage! Yeesh. I like the fact that this game actually offers a challenge though. I feel a real sense of accomplishment whenever I bring down a dragon on my own.

I never got the best weapons and armor and I sell all the parts to them
every game gets boring with the best stuff
I tend to use low-end stuff to keep the challenge up one slip up and your dead
Ofline was interesting but moment I got online and went back off could never get interested in it again was too easy without the wyverns
if need help on the Cephadrome take abunch of Sonics from the Velocidrome quest; my advice is to use a hammer run in power slam run out when he falls down run over to him do a right up up up combo
the power slam doesnt do much damage but its a quick hit which if roll out almost no chance of taking a hit
the 4hit combo does tremendous damage(2nd strongest combo; if take in the sheer power of hamers then by far strongest damage dealer)
