First of all, we are so excited to say that we've just about hit that 100 member mark and passed the 1000 post mark -- and demotu and I could not be more excited about all of it. If nothing else, we can already claim:

1. Two hilarious crackfics
   
   • A Lovely Romp Through the Flowers by Kinkerbelle13
     
   • Meat and Three Veg by Paddy_wolfstar
2. A new hatred for the moniker "the Welshman" and the phrase "weeping precum." Many (including me) have been thwarted in their quest to enjoy bad fic.
3. A little perspective, for many of us, on why comments aren't really love (you know, the way food is).

And there are still many exciting things to come:

1. A new TWU website look and feel! Thanks to apiphile, we'll be getting a fun TWU banner (complete with more Torchwood characters than you can shake a stick at).
   
   Once we get our banner, we'll be doing some formatting and modification of the rest of the site. WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. You may experience odd behavior if I'm modifying the site while you're in over the course of the next weeks.
   
   
2. Now with games! We'll be having a monthly game in Writing Games. Don't forget to come out and play.
