a harry potter trio roleplay
With a simple flick of his wand, and the repetition of two deadly words, Severus Snape killed Albus Dumbledore. Harry Potter, the sole (not Death Eater) witness to this awful murder. But, these happenings were in the past. A whole summer has gone by. A summer of happenings. Bill Weasley is now married to Fleur Delaclour, Remus Lupin married Nymphadora Tonks, Many people are in hiding. People are dying. Disappearing. Families are being torn apart. The whole nine yards. At the end of their Sixth year, the "Golden Trio" resolved to leave Hogwarts. They were going off to fight evil, and destroy the horcruxes. That came to an abrupt halt as soon as Molly Weasley and Remus Lupin forced the three back into school. They had to continue, because they were all but put onto the train. It was too late to go back. Whether or not they wanted to, they had to go through their seventh year. The adults would put their children into the school to get them away from war, right?
Little did Molly and Remus know of the war that was currently going on at Hogwarts, the supposed ‘safest place’ in the wizarding world. Before Albus Dumbledore had died, he had kept a secret. Not a normal secret, either. It was the kind of secret that made world history if the secret got out. When the previous Headmaster had retired and Dumbledore had been promoted and shown around his new office by the old headmaster, the ex-headmaster wasn’t only showing Dumbledore the office. No, he was giving him a big, big secret to keep. He couldn’t tell anybody, and if he did, there would be horrible consequences. Albus has kept this secret safe to his grave—literally. Dumbledore died before he could tell Minerva about the secret. He had mentioned to the staff that there was an important object in the castle that mustn’t be found, but never told them what it was or where it was located. Dumbledore had planned on telling Minerva McGonagall at the end of the year, but it hadn’t worked out that way. He had died and now Minerva and the rest of the staff was left guessing.
So when the trio and the rest of the school arrived at Hogwarts, they were greeted in the sorting ceremony by their new head mistress, McGonagall. It didn’t even take minutes for the news to seep in about the hidden object that no one knew of. How it had leaked out, no one knew, but the only thing that there was to do now was fight. Hogwarts was now split in two, and if you were not on one of those sides, you were hated by both. It was just how it worked now. The good and the bad side had finally come out in Hogwarts, and in severe forms. The staff was forced to keep neutral. It was hard to do, but they managed to do it without too much fury exchanged. Draco Malfoy was ruling the dark side as Harry, Ron and Hermione were commanding the good side, along with the rest of the DA. Draco had reorganized the Inquisitorial Squad when The trio reorganized the DA. There were new members of both armies now.
It’s time to choose. No jokes, no rewinds, no one to hold your hand in case you get the chills.
