north tower (divination) Not much is in the North Tower. The Divination classroom is located here, but you can only access it from the 7th floor. The residence of the current divination professor is located in this tower, and so is a dark corridor used for storage. The divination classroom has a strange aroma, like too many different types of incense were burned at once. There is always a window open, but the smell continues to linger. the owlery The Owlery was a circular stone room, rather cold and drafty, because none of the windows had glass in them. The floor was entirely covered in straw, owl droppings, and the regurgitated skeletons of mice and voles. astronomy tower Since the astronomy tower is usually used around midnight during the week, the weekend is the most popular time for students to visit. It's a great place for a quick snog, with a romantic view of the moon and stars.
