Oh how fun! I love the Regency name generator - I'll be adding a link to that to the Application forum! The other links will be going straight to the Helpful Links page; I've already found Jane Austen's World, but the others are new! Thanks so much, Ronni!

Thanks Cosmo! The link is very helpful happy.gif

I want everyone to refer to me as Gyles now, because they will have no idea why and I won't tell them. Confusion = Ronni very happy biggrin.gif I know far too many Grahams actually. It's quite odd.

Has a listing of lots of PBs from period drama! *Salivates*/

Just found a wonderful blog site:

http://regencymusicaltimeline.blogspot.com

It has details of what composers were around during the Regency, and more importantly, what music of theirs was known/popular. Also features brief biographies and descriptions of composers' works.

If I could draw your attention to the Schubert entry - entitled "Appropriate, but out of bounds"... because, as the author notes, most of his work was not published until after the Regency period. Very useful to have a blogger who considers whether a composer's music could 'safely' be referenced in a Regency setting smile.gif
