The First Boarder

[Jessi]

Footsteps crunching in the snow and a faint sound of indeterminable music is heard as a petite figure, assumed to be female, comes into sight wearing a purple beanie, pink wind breaker, pink and purple gloves, and a pair of faded baggy blue jeans. The figure stops at the top of the Garibaldi track, sits in the snow to strap on her purple, baby pink, and baby blue snowboard. She stands back up and takes a deep breath before thinking out loud.

Alright Jessi, it's been a while, but you can do this. You'll probably fall on your ass a few times, but it's not like everyone else doesn't. Just relax and go.

She picks up her IPod, changes the song to "Paralyze" by Finger Eleven, then blasts it. She takes another deep breath as she begins slowly sliging down the hill and gradually speeds up. Jessi hits the first jump and grabs a stalefish. She lands it with a wobble, but doesn't fall. She comes up to a c-box and nosepress and lands it perfectly. She comes to the second jump, attempts a 540 and falls on her arm. Jessi sits for a moment hoping the pain will stop when she hears another person coming up behind her.

[Allegra]

The person behind Jessi is also female. She adjusts her blue camoflauge beanie hat as she passes. She stops, her strawberry blonde pigtails flying over her shoulders as her body jotls to a halt, and snow spraying all over the two riders.
"Are you alright?"Allegra asks. She knows that showing compassion might be a weak sign, but she doesn't really care.
The girl, whose favourite colour is pruple (as Allegra assumes) mutters something about obviously not, and pushes herself up. she wobbles, but is caught by Allegra.

The two girls push offf to finish their first run of the track. A couple minutes later, as they round a bend to see parallel rocks that look quite good for climbing, they both hear a loud noise.
"What the..."

[Bennieboj]

And yeah, Bennie shows up with an explosion of noise..
He jumps up into the air and kicks both girls away...
When he saw what he did he went to the girls and appologises.
After that they climb up together, on the top..... * to be continued *

[Jessi]

Ok, you're obviously a child, but it's all good. You can't be that bad.

Jessi looks away not being able to believe she just said that about a kid. She grabs her snowboard and looks at Allegra.

By the way, I'm good, just twisted my wrist a bit. I'll be fine. Not like the snow won't keep the swelling down.

Jessi laughs awkwardly as they head back up to the top of the run. She looks around and notices that the place is like a deserted island and that there are absolutely no hot guys around.

*thinking*

Damn, I wish there were some hot guys to look at.

She looks up noticing she has fallen behind and hears the two yelling for her to hurry up. She smiles and forces herself to take larger strides to get to the ski lift. Once they reach the lift Jessi notices something that catches her eye.

[Drake Mickelson]

The lift is on it's way up. Drake sat on the lift, his head leaning against the rail. The lift comes to a jerking halt at the top of the mountain. He sits at the top and straps his blue and white snowboard.

Drake: Wow. This is going to be so easy.

He notices something, or rather someone out of the corner of his eye.

[Jessi]

Jessi notices the guy eying her, but she doesn't let on. Instead she walks past him. She tries to hide a smile and walks past him.

*Thinks*

God, he was sooo hot. Finally something worth looking at besides the mountain.

Jessi sits down on the snow and puts her snowboard on. When she tries to get up, she loses her balance and falls over. She stands up again, and again falls over. She tries to stand up one more time when she hears footsteps behind her.

[Drake Mickelson]

Drake walks up behind Jessi.

Drake: Need a hand?

He offered his hand to this hot chick. He pulled her up and looked deep into her eyes.

Drake: Come on... let's race.

He hops to the beginning of the track.

[Jessi]

You want me to race when I can barely stand up? Haha, that's funny.

With that, Jessi turns and begins boarding down the hill. She looks back to see if he's following her, but when she looks forward again she runs into a light pole, knocking her over.

Damn, I'm an idiot. I think I'll just lay here for a minute. I alway embarrass myself in front of the hot guys.

She lays in wait to see if the guy is going to board to her or past her. It was nice of him to help her up though.

[Allegra]

The three other racers joined Drake at the beginning of the track.
I think he likes you Allegra whispered.

The race went pretty well. A couple of minor falls but nothing serious.
