1st Show Of The Year!

I have a little local show this sunday, the 15th. I'm going to tune up for the bigger shows come feburary and on through october. I'll be in Horsemanship, Medal class, 2 Western Ridings, 2 Showmanships, and a trail class. It's at a new location, so it'll be a nice change - but that means that I'll have to really long trot pepper - because he's cant be lunged yet. The vet doesn't want him to reinjure his leg again - becuse he plays a lot when he's turned out or on the lunge line - and thats how he hurt himself, in the arena running.

I'm excited, except that it's supposed to rain tomorrow - which means that it'll be all muddy at the show, and if it rains enough the show will be cancelled. So I hope it only rains a little bit.

It went VERY well. Although it was just a local show, Pepper was awesome.

I had showmanships in the morning won one of them 2nd in the other (but it was my fault we got second, I crossed over WAAAAAAAAAAY too early - like 5 feet too early. Dunno how i managed to do that, but w/e)

I won my horsemanship, and I won the medal class (horsemanship) I won my trail, and i won both the western ridings. On average there were about 7-10 horses in each class, so it was a decent number. But I was so proud of Pepper, he was soooo good!

I ended up with the high point of the day, and yes there was a photographer there, and I'll post pictures as soon as she puts them on the internet.
