W O M B Womb is one of the top nightclubs in the world. As with most nightclubs, the exterior of the club may be misleading to first-time visitors; It is plain in appearance with no obvious indication of the activity inside. The name of the nightclub is only discreetly displayed on the exterior. N I H O N P.D. This is the main police department of Tokyo. Though there are several depending which district you are in. Nihon P.D is notable as this is the H.Q. of the Kuro Toku. Needless to say, Shinjuku is quite possibly one of the safer areas of Tokyo to be in.
