I want to save my PMs so I can get some room back, but when I try I get the error:
"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
Sorry, no personal messages were found using that search critera. Try again and broaden the scope."
But I'm trying to archive 20 messages (I have no more than that) from "All folders" received in the last "all" days ("and newer", apperantly you can't turn that one off) as a "HTML page".
I have tried and selected my Inbox instead, "and older" as the time limit, and I have also tried to select "Importable MS Excel datafile" as file to recive. I once archived some messages by accident (back when I didn't knew how this place worked), so it did work at some point.
Am I the only one with this problem or is my computer just an idiot?
