Pierrot

Anyone here Into Pierrot? This band is one that you either Love or hate. Me, I love them. Smiley Skeleton (Although Anti-American) Is my favorite song. They are known for their music shown on the anime, Getbackers, as well. This band can be scary, but they always try new things. Anyone else like them O.o?

Aw man I love Pierrot. I love neo Grotesche and Yuyami Suicide.

Yuuyami Suicide is real good. Ive seen alot of their videos. Yuuyami Suicide, Smiley Skeleton, Psychedelic Lover (Another fave), My Cloud (Made in rememberance of hide), Mad Sky, Clear Sky, Agitator, Cocoon, Dramatic Neo Anniversary, Creature, and 2 other ones with pretty big names >.>.

I have also seen a clip of them in an elevator with Morning Musume girls and the video by Kirito called Door. I love their style, they seem so dark in a video, then in another, they aren't at all. Mad Sky...Is a dark prison, then you have videos like Psychedelic lover, which seems the opposite. Cool that someone else here lives them =)

I wanted to download that Morning Musume with Kirito and other funny videos but I was too lazy to get them x.x I like Psychedelic lover. My sister doesn't but it's still such a great song.

The first song I heard from them was Cocoon. I remember seeing the PV to it it was kinda boring XD And Kirito's song Door is very awesome, and the PV amuses me XD;

Haha, ya, but the end of cocoon amused me. It looked like the girl tried to make herself look like she was on a cross, blending her white clothes to the background o.o.

The Morning Musume and Pierrot clip is short, but funny, lol. The MM girls start singing at the end, and (I dont know whos name fits to their looks) but one of the members started mocking them, haha.

Door, i agree, i love that song. It's translation is remarkable too. I want to check out Hameln or however its spelt. I hear that one was good too. Like gackt, Kirito has an unmistakable voice. I like it, too bad hes not as popular as gackt seems to be :\. Cool however that you like them too, I don't see too many online that have a liking to Pierrot.

I should wathc that. Have you seen Pierrot in London? I haven't seen the whole thing though since it was pretty long, but I kinda skimed through it. It was funny. I think it was Kirito chasing Aiji I can't remember and then Kirito fall, that was priceless xD And the dude asking kirito questions, the dude kinda looke like a hobo xD

Haha You dont say. No I havent seen that Pierrot in london thing. I should check it out XD. More or less, the people i meet online like L'arc~en~ciel, Gackt, and Dir en grey. They never hear of Pierrot, PLC, move, Glay, AKG, or any of the other great bands out there, it disappoints me sadly =\.

yeah I was once one of those people, but I'm more opened minded now XD I kinda like Glay they're cool.

Yea, I like glay alot. For alot of people, they can be hard to get into. I recremmend Survival, Mermaid, Two bell silence, Yuuwaku, or Coyote Colored Darkness for starters. Lol, i remember...5 years ago starting out with the Pillows...haha... good days o.o

Haha, Ya the pillows, they rock. As for the Glay songs, you may like them. Mermaid, CCD, and Survival seem to be their stronger songs. I love survival the most, just because it starts really great, AND the video is animated. That has to be a best of theirs....Haha, funny talking about them under pierrot

Yeah maybe we should make a seperate topic for Glay XD I'll go ahead and do that.

To go back on topic:

-Smiley Skeleton isn't anti-America! Kirito said himself that it was more like... imagining what some samurai who would come from the ancient times to our days would think of what Japan became / is becoming. It's a critic to Japan's recent "direction" and probably Koizumi's pro-americanism, but that's it. Still, songs like God bless *me**** (and some others on ID Attack, but this the most obvious) are quite... anti-Bush'-foreign-politics (although I wouldn't go as far as "anti-America").

-Details: The one who laughs at MM members in the MM video is Kohta, and Kirito doesn't run after Aiji but Takeo in the London video. Yeah these are most important information!

The London video is a MUST HAVE anyway, it's very very funny!
