I actually got the fabric at JoAnn's. The fabric is practically the same exact that they use in real military uniforms. And it was on sale, definitely a lucky find!

Wow! I really like the cosplay ^^ I've only did Yume Kazaguruma and Love is Dead Aya. ^^b that dress nearly killed me, but it was worth it. Great job!
