Known as the newbie.
Ever since she started grade school, ____ always felt like nobody liked
her. She felt a little like an outsider looking in, but that was about to
change very soon. She used to live in Seattle, Washington, but when her
father got a job promotion to Scottsdale, the whole family moved.
Though ____ didn't mind, her brother did. But as soon as they got
accepted into Wellington High, the two siblings went their separate ways.
____, for some reason, got accepted into the Royalty crowd, as her
brother drifted off into the Shoemakers for being an Artist.

Known as the out of control party girl

When she first came to Wellington in the middle of her sophomore year
people were extremely curious. Rumors had swirled around prior to her
arrival about how she was a real live princess that had gotten in trouble
with the law. What they were greeted with was a quiet, sorrowful looking
girl who was obviously from one of those old money families that rub
elbows with royalty. It took her awhile to come out of her shell but
Victoria was accepted into the popular crowd right away. Now she is known
as the party girl but no one knows how out of control she really is.

Known as the clingy follower
Ever since childhood, ___ has been a bit...unoriginal. She is dependent
and hates being alone, to a scary degree. She follows people around and
acts like everyone loves her, which few really do. You know how it is, you
love her and the attention she gives you at first, then it really starts to
bother you. That's her. She isn't aware of it, though. One of the main
reasons she's even a Royalty still is because of her father, of course, a
famous producer. Plus, she has a way of always getting her way, she
has a gift for making people feel guilty.

Known as the in twin.
The popular Greene child, ___ will do anything to stay in her group. She
has seen the wrath of the Royals, she knows what can happen if she
screws up anything. She doesn't want to become her sister, she wants to
fit in, and in her mind this is the only way. Even if it means ignoring her
only twin, her own flesh and blood. Tensions between the two of them
have flown since that Sophomore night, ___ just couldn't believe what her
sister did, she couldn't believe she was willing to give up her position
with the top of the school to have fun with her drugs. To ___ the only fun
is the fun issued to her from the rest of the crowd. She is a follower, and
doesn't even notice it. If she was told to jump off a cliff, by God, she'd
do it.

Known as the bitchy cheerleader.
She is the head cheerleader, so everyone automatically thinks she loves
herself. She does love herself, though, but she does love other people,
too. Many people think she hates everybody and only thinks about
herself, but she really does have feelings. She thinks she can’t trust any
of her friends, and she is always scared she will be turned on. So, in
turn, she is always the one cracking the jokes at other people to keep
her friends laughing. She always has the best clothes to keep her friends
wanting. All she really wants is someone she can trust, and to keep her
popularity.


william gregory KING

Known as the big brother.
He is Layla's older brother, and everyone knows it. He is very protective
of her, sometimes to a point of being overprotective. He is known around
the school as the big brother because he is always watching out for
people, mainly his group of friends, but he has helped out a few others
in his lifetime. William isn't into the money of his parents, but more into
the things he gets with them. Such as being known by the USA by his
mother and father, and going to all the fancy premiers with his sister. He
isn't what one would call a womanizer, even though he very well could
be. William has never really liked the thought of taking advantage of a
girl, mostly because if anyone were to take advantage of Layla, he would
kill them. So, taking advantage of girls is in his opinion, cruel.



milo dominic LAUDER

played by; Joey
Known as the neutral royalty.
He is one of the Royalty's, but that doesn’t mean he acts like them. He
is the one and only grandson of Estée Lauder, the founder of the Estée
Lauder Cosmetics Company. This is what got him a one way ticket to
popularity, that and his amazing physical looks. Nobody really cares
about his personality, though, so that wears on him a bit, but not much.
He enjoys the spotlight to some extent, but is really just normal. He has
been hounded by the paparazzi before, and he hates it, so being
hounded by girls at school isn’t his favorite, but it’s much better than the
paparazzi. Chicks, he can handle. Grown men with cameras running after
you … not so much.

Known as little miss innocent.
Around the school, Isabelle has never been caught for any foul actions
that her fellow Populars have been notorious for committing. She doesn't
mind being the mastermind behind some operations, but she keeps her
record clean. She is the kind of person everyone loves, and she acts like
she loves them all back and stays on everyone's good side, but really,
she has everyone on her list. She is the silent but lethal type, able to
pretend, but she can easily turn around and be the one to stab you in
the back. She is the person you want to watch.


adelaide rose PARKER

played by; Lis
Known as gossip girl.
___ is the kind of person who hears everything, sees all, and knows all.
She is the fuel of the Royalty's information. She loves to hear what's new
around the school, and has dirty information on everyone. Her mother
was a famous model in the 80's and 90's, mostly in Britain, but has since
retired, but that doesn't stop the flow of cash that ___ always receives
from her loving parentals. She has excellent clothes, and, like most of
the Royal community, doesn't mind showing it. Around Royalty she is
easy-going and has fun, although when with outsiders she is known to be
somewhat bitchy and downsizes most others for not having what she
has.

Known as the teddy bear.
___ is the quarterback for the school's varsity football team. He is the
super-buff teddy bear that everyone loves. He loves football almost as
much, if not more, than he does girls, and that's saying something. He
is, technically, both a Royalty and Knight member, being both popular
and a star athlete, but he's more often seen with Royals than Knights.
He knows how to treat people and gets along with most people. At least,
he gets along with people who stay away from his friends. He is
protective of people close to him and won't mind kicking your ass if you
step out of line.




nicolas frederic YOUNG
sophomore
played by; Mon
Known as the gentleman.
He has been the gentleman ever since his classmates could remember.
He had always held the doors for all the girls, no matter who they were,
and he was always polite to everybody. Now, this doesn't mean he isn't
one of the Royalties worst people, because he is. He is a very mean
person, mainly a big old gossiper. Though, he still manages his rep.,
even around his friends. He may not respect some of his classmates, but
he damn well respects his fellow Royalties.

K N I G H T S

___ ___ BROWN
senior
played by;
Known as the big guy.
He has always been the big guy in the grade, so when he tried out for
football it was almost automatic that he got in. ____ is one of the
strongest guys on the team, and you can blatantly tell. He is rather large
and tall ... and very big. But, he is loved by all the ladies and his fellow
team members, and the whole school really. _____ is a nice guy, so there
is no problems getting along with him. It's probably getting to talk to
him that would be the problem. He is a Knight, after all.



___ ___ CARTER

Known as the Follower.
Ever since grade school, _____ has never been an independent child. He
always clung to other people for ideas, which could get on most people's
nerves. But, what he lacks in size (and personality) he makes up for in
wittys and wicked fast moves in the sports. Which can really explain why
he is a night. Unlike most Knights, though, he isn't as popular with the ladies.
What a shame.

Known as the Multi-tasker.
____ is always on the move; whether it be out on the court or in his own
spare time, he is always doing something. Most of the time he spends
on the courts and fields, playing sports. He has always loved them, which
is why he spends his time doing them. He may be playing a bit too
much sports, because when he got his final grade for his Sophomore
year, Mom and Dad weren't very happy. This year his parents have
restricted him to only one sport a season, and he has to get tutoring
help for his classes. How humiliating.

Known as the moocher.
_____ may be one of the greatest Football players on the team, but away
from the field he is one of the worst people you would want to know. He
is a major moocher, which indicates that you don't want to get to know
this guy. Or sit by him in class for that matter. He will constantly cheat on
tests and don't be surprised if you find your hundred dollar bill suddenly
disappear if you sit next to him. Just keep your eye peeled out for him,
he's very sneaky.

Known as the hard rocker.
What is that buzzing sound? Oh, that's just ____ music, blasting out in
his ears. No need for your own ipod in class anymore, ____ can just turn
up the volume and let all listen to his hardcore tunes. And, seeing him
headbang in the middle of class isn't unlikely either. He is an extremely
sarcastic person when it comes to the staff, and sometimes to his
friends even. He often is a bit of a hounddog around girls, though, if you
get what I'm saying.

Known as the king of skaters.
He has always been a skater, and has always been the rebellious kind of
boy. But, ever since he had found fellow skaters like him, he had always
been the popular and most well liked out of his group. The attention can
sometimes get to his head, but most of the time he is a really chill person.
Maybe it's because of the pot? Hm....nah.

Known as the drug-dealer.
Need your daily dose of pot to calm your nerves? Just go find _____, he
will have some for you. School has only just started and already he is
one of the most commonly known druggie kids in school. He's always
baked, but no teachers ever say anything. They really don't care, to be
honest.

Known as the sin twin.
___ really isn't a bad person. She just always happens to be in the wrong
place at the wrong time. And one particular time and place got her
shunned from the Royalties. Place: the school's pool. Time: when
everyone just happened to be around, oh and not to mention when she
was baked. She never was one to directly care what others thought of
her, she just did whatever she felt like and suffered the consequences
after. So she skinny dipped, got suspended for a couple weeks, and then
shunned from her group of friends. You see, she was easily loved by
them, but with this stunt they just had enough of her troublesome
behavior and kicked her out and ignored her for the rest of High School.
The only Royal who would dare talk to her in public without being frowned
upon is her own sister, and even she tries to avoid too much contact with
this Sin Twin.

Known as the joker.
He is known for being the class clown; but not just the class clown, the
world's worst student, too. _____ dislikes school to the max and only
goes to Wellington because of his rich parents dragged him
here--literally. His father had to pick him up and drag him on campus.
Did this phase him? Nah, he was just even further pissed off at his
parents than normal. Ever since his first day of school, he has been the
one always cracking jokes in class and getting kicked out of class, too.

Known as the troubled one.
Ever since her first year, ____ has been completely sheltered. Most of the
kids at school swear to god they have never heard her speak outside of
class. Nobody is ever around her and she always keeps to herself. When
her mouth is open it isn't a pleasant sound, or attitude for the
matter. She is a smart mouth to the extreme, and therefore none of the
teachers call on her anymore in class, which is more than dandy for her.

S H O E M A K E R S

Known as the misunderstood artist.
He used to be popular. He really did, but he has never told his new crowd
at school about it. At his old school he was popular for being an artist
and such, but at Wellington he was out casted and his sister was pushed
into the popular crowd. ____ was nowhere near jealous, on the contrary.
He hated the popular crowd at Wellington and was truly glad he wasn't
involved in it. His fellow friends are much nicer than the royalties would
ever be. So, this does cause rifts between the two siblings occasionally.
Well, when the subject of school comes up, at least.

Known as the new kid.
Due to his father getting a new job in Arizona, ___ has transfered to
Wellington. He is just getting used to the school, students, and staff,
getting along with literally everyone. He knows how to act around adults,
he knows how to get on the good side of the conceited Royals, he
understands everyone of every group at the school. He doesn't care for
sports, or the cliques that the school consists of, though. His one and
only love is art, he is an amazing artist, excellent at painting and
sculpting, it's his escape, really. He's quickly getting well known around
the school and although he is commonly found in the art rooms or in
nature, he will associate with anyone he runs into. Too bad it's not likely
he'll be staying for long, his father has a notorious record for getting new
jobs and his mother doesn't like staying in one place for too long.

Known as the band geek.
She has been playing an instrument ever since she could walk, and she
has been in every school band she could get into. This has out casted
her tremendously, as you can imagine, but she barely notices.
She has good friends that have stuck by her since childhood, and she
has fabulous grades and her music, so what more does she need?
Popularity is over-rated.
That's what they all say.

___ ___ BRADSHAW

Known as the fashion-tist.
Dear old ____ Bradshaw. He’s one of the veterans on the staff, even
though he’s actually quite young compared to most. ____ started out as
the general science teacher but then quickly realized that he would need
more help. He personally took part in the hiring of a few new science
profs before becoming the head of the department. He now teaches
chemistry and biology to all upper classmen, allowing the lower peons to
teach…well, the lower peons. Although he’s actually quite brilliant and
good at his job, the only thing his students can remember is his sharp
tongue and amazing fashion sense. Of course, ____ is a huge contributor
to the local Lambda club and is fighting with the school’s administration
so that Wellington can have their own Lambda on campus.

Sample post; The sky was a plethora of colors: orange, pink, purple, blue and so many colors that were unidentifiable. The sun was falling just below the horizon, letting the moon and the stars take over the sky. A full moon was already clearly visible above the sun in the clear sky. It really was a sight to be seen, and Ainsley Davidson was one of the lucky few to really see it.

Sitting upon a small dock that over viewed a small pond. The Highland pond was beautiful at night. Small bugs floated just above the tempting surface, staring their fate in the face. If any of the dard to touch the water, no sooner would they be fish food. The moon and it's stars attemptd to reflect in the slightly rippled surface as the wind blew, tossling the trees into reckless abandon.

All Ainsley could do was smile. The sight, the sounds, they were all so captivating, and she was loving every minute of being out there. Throwing caution into the wind, she took off the black ballet flats and rolled her jeans just below her knees. She scooted to the end of the dock and let her legs hang down so her toes just hung above the water. She slowly started to place her toes in the water, to quickly find that the fish were curious aas to if she was a bug. But they were scard away when her whole foot took the plunge.

Taking a deep breath, an icy chill took over her legs, though her toes and feet were getting the most chill and quickly attempting to numb the pain. She laughed a bit, and she did sound quit insane doing so. She shook her head, a smile still tugging at her lips, and she reached for her bag which was sitting just ajacent to where she was sitting. Pulling it onto her lap, she mulled around it looking for a stick of gum possibly sitting in the mess of junk that filled her bag.

She was happy to find a singl peice of Trident gum stick, still wrapped in it's wrapper. She quickly poppd it into her mouth, and leaned on her arms, looking up at the sky. God it was beautiful, the moon was full, she wondered wy she wasn't acting weird. Full moons always excited her and sent her on a rage of excitement. Hy, maybe if the right person came around, the feisty brunette might burst out of her calm shell.

Sample post; It was a little late, just after the sun had set, the horizon was still a pinkish-purple color, but the rest of the night sky was growing dark. The moon had appeared in the deep blue sky, only about three quarters full this night. No one would expect anyone to be outside of the castle at this time. Let alone a girl of such smal stature, such as Lyra Montague. The small Slytherin seventh year was in her usual spot, sitting on the edge of the stone steps leading to the large school. She had had a really tought, yet slightly boring day. Things like that didn't put her into such a good mood and she usually preferred to save other from getting o n her nerves by being alone where no one would expect her to be. She had one of the worst temper when she was in one of her moods. Being outside was the best place she could really think of. Especially at this time of night when everyone was just finishing up dinner or already back in their common rooms gossiping with their friends.

Sighing the Slytherin looked down at her watch. She was shocked to see that she had been sitting there for over an hour just thinking about everything and nothing. Running a manicure hand through her wavy maroon-ish colored hair. As usual, her shoulder length hair in it's small waves. Her bright blue eyes looking around at the now dark grounds. She wasn'r sure what the hell was out there. It was that dark that all she could see were general outlines, but she couldn't see features. Especially when the castle doors were closed, keeping all the light in, except for the windows, which let out little bits of light here and there scattered along the grounds. It was a rather cold night, now that the sun had disappeared a while ago the darkness cooled the Earth.

Lyra felt a small shiver run down her spine and goosebumps form all on her arms and legs. She had changed out of her school uniform, but she hadn't really taken into consideration what the weather was going to be like after the sun went down. She was wearing a small pair of jean shorts and a thin t-shirt. At least her feet were warm, she always wore her favorite pair of worn out black converses that she had owned for three years now. Lucky for her, her feet stopped growing so she was able to wear the same pair of shoes for three years. Shivering again, Lyra started rubing her hands up and down her arms, then doing the same to her small legs. She had to keep warm somehow, and it was a little bit too close to eleven to run back inside and get a jacket or something.

Of course there had been another reason that Lyra was outside in the middle of the night. Besides the fact that she just wanted to stare at the stars and sit in the cold. She hadn't really met with this person in a while and the two of them thought that it was time to start back with their little walks around the lake late at night. Whenever they did Lyra was always in one of the best moods the next and again for the whole week actually. Something about those nights just put Lyra in a happy place. But for some reason the walks had stopped for a period of time over the last year. She didn't know why, but now Vincent Lestrange wanted them back. Little miss Montague was not one to deny him that pleasure. She wasn't one to deny Vincent much of anything. He was just one of those guys that had that wierd affect on her. She didn't know how and she didn't know why but he did. For some reason though... she liked it.

Moments later, Lyra was pulled out of ther thoughts as one of the large oak doors leading into the castle opened. Letting the warm light out onto the dark grounds. A large figures shadow walking out of the light. Lyra looked up at the towering figure as the dor closed and smiled as it came into perfect view.

Sample post; So this was what it felt like to walk away from a job after a hard day's work. Seth Chandler had never worked a day in his life, but he had to admit that he liked it. He felt a sense of accomplishment, fulfillment, and pride...yeah right. Seth was just happy to be there.

What? Labor? God NO! Ooooooooooohhhhhhh. You were thinking that Seth had an actual job! *snickers* Hell no. After years and years of auditioning, Seth finally made it onto Broadway. Yes, he was very satisfied with it. It wasn't a lead role. He was part of Corny Collins's Council in the musical Hairspray. It was still pretty big for a first time role, and Seth knew that. He had just finished with his first rehearsal and he was pretty happy with how it went. They knew that he was still in high school, as were some of the other actors, so their rehearsals were sticking to daytime on the weekends and afternoons during the weekdays.

It was a lovely Saturday afternoon as Seth left the dance studio. He threw in his headphones to listen to the music and began to rerun the steps through his head. He visualized his every move, and he knew that he would do perfectly when show time came. Then a thought ran through his head. His parents.

"Shit," he said outloud. He hated his parents with a passion mainly because if they knew about this role, they would totally screw it up for him. They would yell at the director, try to get him a bigger part, bribe, threaten, everything. Then the director would cut Seth altogether. Well he had to try to keep it a secret for as long as possible. With these thoughts, he wasn't paying attention and he ran right into someone.

"Wanna trade names?"

Will flushed and looked down. She mumbled something about an apology, very unintelligible. An altogether stupid thing to do, but she felt bad now. She hadn’t intended to have a boy name and it was wrong that he should have a girl’s name when he was so very obviously, to her anyway, not a girl. Though he was..very lovely. She shivered and pulled the warm jacket a bit tighter around her slender frame. Green irises followed the line of his hair, distracted by its length for a moment. Her acquaintance, she couldn’t help but notice, had very lovely hair.

Shaking her head and wincing when it pounded, she returned to the here and now. “S-Same.” A vulnerable smile shadowed across her bruised features for a second. He did not pursue the subject of her pajamas and William allowed herself to relax slightly. And then she realized that he’d called her by her nickname. ‘Will’…The way he’d said it made the name feel…nicer somehow. Still, she remained on edge, remaining tense. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed that a small rock was trembling. Panicking, she forcibly relaxed herself.

His question startled her and William refocused on Mach, biting her lip. “W-Well…” His reassurance had not been expected. Another ghostly smile appeared and disappeared. “I’m sorry, Morgan…I just.” Just what? Was afraid of getting too close to someone in case they found out? About the bruises…The truth? Or about the strange abilities. No one ever cared. Why should this young man? Confused and suddenly frightened, Will could only stare at Morgan, her mind closing in on itself and locking him out. But if she never gave anyone a chance, how was she supposed to befriend anyone?

Taking a step away from Mach, Will nearly jumped out of her skin when she noticed something big out of the corner of her eye. Whirling to face the threat, she found a girl around her own age. Smiling. And then the sight was gone. Everything was gone…Where had it all gone? The boy, the park, the cold pavement beneath her feet. Those had been real, hadn’t they? It hadn’t all been a dream…It couldn’t have been. William refused to accept that as fact. Mach had been so kind, so nice to her. No one had cared before, no one had noticed. It wasn’t fair-

CRACK!

Will’s eyes snapped open. When had they closed? And she took in her new surroundings. She was in a tree. On a branch. Only a few feet down the path from Mach, but far too high. Will gulped. That crack, what had it been? Fearfully, the teen let her gaze travel along the slender limb to the vicious crack near the trunk of the tree. Green eyes widened in horror. Her ability! She’d teleported. That was not good, for now she was in a dangerous situation. The petite female shifted uneasily, the jacket shifting slightly on her shoulders. The branch swayed dangerously, threatening to fall. The girl froze.

It was too late.

SNAP!!

She screamed.

She fell.

And tumbled onto the path. Everything had changed again. She wasn’t in the air anymore. No matter, adrenaline still pumped through her system, terror moved through her veins. Her heart was like a tiny bird fluttering its wings in a cage too small. William came very, very close to kissing the ground and throwing up at the same time. Resisting both urges, violently, she raised her gaze to find the tree. The jacket, which she’d lost when she’d fallen, fluttered beautifully on its descent. It crumpled up on the ground and she stared at it, horrified. That could have been her. That should have been her. There was very little point to life anymore…

‘So why didn’t I die? Is this some kind of cruel joke?’ Her feelings were twisted, confusion ripped at her. ‘No one cares…I don’t even care anymore..’

With a shake of her mental head, William forced herself to return to the present, to focus. She found shoes before her. Shoes on feet, feet attached to legs. She didn’t dare follow those legs up. Instead, she scrambled back, frightened once more. “I’m sorry! I-I don’t know what happened…I-It wasn’t real! It wasn’t!” Denial…It only made her look guilty and she knew it.

‘Stupid bitch! Denying it only proves that you did it,’ the cruel snarl of her father’s voice.

‘Daddy I’m sorry!!! Daddy don’t hurt me! Please Daddy, I’m sorry!’

Memories fading to darkness. They didn’t matter anyway. That was the past. Suddenly reminded of the present, Will jerked when pain flared up her left arm. Tears threatened to fill her eyes, but she forced them back. Caramel skin painted black and blue, haunted eyes and brown hair wild, she was probably quite a sight to see. She still couldn’t bring herself to look up, instead focusing her gaze on the shoes in front of her. She was shivering again and she didn’t trust her legs to support her.

No one ever cared.

Reid followed Caleb and Taryn into the rather large, comfortable living room of the estates. The male of course had no idea on what was happening in the moment, it just seemed like a hazy dream that no one could wake up to. Reid just sometimes got pissed over the little fact of not being able to wake up from a nightmare or just some sort of that. And lately, the nightmares have been coming back, stronger, it was not right at all. Shaking his head, Reid stood not to far from Taryn who was on one of the plush cushion couches and Caleb kneeling in front of her. Listening to it all, Reid continued to stand there, dazed and confused extremely. The last time he felt like this, it was back at graduation from some program his own mother sent him to. Funny to say, Reid actually accomplished something in his life just right.

“Will you go to the kitchen and get Taryn some water?”

Snapping back into focus, Reid tuned into Caleb's voice and nodded. But was just cut off by Taryn speaking to him. Glancing over at the female sitting on the couch and Caleb in front of her, Reid was confused on what to do. Looking into the eyes meant to only stay with her, and forget that Caleb was even there. This visit was just going to be about his nightmares, and now Taryn was here and hurting in just some way that was confusing Reid extremely. Shaking his head, Reid answered. " Sure thing Caleb. " he said softly, disappearing to his left and passing the fireplace near the entrance of the large kitchen. Searching around for a cup, Reid instantly went over to the faucet and filled the glass cup up with cold water. Standing in the room for a moment, Reid shook his head of all the thoughts of Taryn coming back and moved back into the living room.

“Do you want me to help you back up to your room?”
“No I want to stay here, I don’t want to be alone, and upstairs I am alone.”

Re-appearing into the living room, Reid walked over to Caleb and Taryn again. Now handing over the glass of water to Caleb, Reid decided to take a seat next to Taryn. Only hoping that Caleb wouldn't have his ass for doing this action. But now listening onto their conversation, Reid decided to be quiet.

Sample post; Ever since he'd signed off of AIM, Paul had been feeling irrationally uneasy about his meeting with Claudia. He wasn't even nervous because of all of the guarantees of godliness he gave Claudia, because she had to have known that he was joking when he claimed that he would be the best sex Claudia would ever have. No, the reason he was so restless about the situation was because he had a bit of a crush on Claudia. Paul felt guilty as hell admitting it, but it was only once in a great while when that he had sex with a girl he actually liked. Usually, he'd just settle for any girl who seemed to like him, or he'd be so intoxicated that he'd jump into bed with anything. Claudia was different. Therefore, he was a little apprehensive about the whole thing.

Deciding that he needed to calm the fuck down immediately, he went to Joe's Pub for a few drinks. Not too many, of course, because the last thing Claudia would have wanted was for him to stumble into her dorm wasted off of his ass, but just enough to ease his nerves a bit. And he was kind of hoping he'd find somebody he knew at Joe's Pub, because the place was generally full of creepy old men, and he didn't want to look like an alcoholic sitting at the bar alone. It would be nice to find someone to talk to, even if the conversation was only about something dull like weather or schoolwork. But not even the students of Alderon were out drinking on a Thursday night at eleven o'clock. He was kind of pissed off that he'd have to drink alone, but he'd sort of been expecting it anyway.

While on his first drink, his thoughts drifted back to Claudia. The whole situation was complicated. Not only did he have a crush on Claudia, but he also liked Alyssa Williams and Chelsea Kerry and... Damn, I'm pathetic. Additionally, the politics of being friends with all of them were brutal. Though Paul didn't really give much of a damn about cliques, those three girls did. Claudia and Alyssa hated each other, and Chelsea didn't really like Claudia, either. Sometimes, Paul wished that he could just be in a clique himself rather than trying to be friends with everybody.

After a few drinks, he looked down at his watch. 11:40. Shit. He needed to get back to Alderon. He was supposed to meet Claudia at twelve, and before he did that, he was hoping to go back to his dorm room first so that he could change into different clothes, since the ones he was wearing currently reeked of Joe's Pub.

Despite all of his worries that he'd be way late, he actually managed to get back to his dorm, change clothes, and arrive at Dorm Beta a minute early. But as he stared at the closed door of the common room, a small feeling of uncertainty crept back into him. But the alcohol had helped, and Paul was feeling more excited than anything else. Besides, it was just Claudia. What was the worst that could possibly happen? Grinning, he knocked on the door twice before yelling, in a deep voice, "Claudiaaa!" And he paused for a second before adding, in the same deep tone, "It's me, God!" After he said it, he realized that he was being a bit loud, and hoped that he didn't wake anybody up... Not that it would really matter. If the night went as planned, he and Claudia were going to be waking people up with their noises anyway.
