first and foremost, literacy is a must! Literacy, literacy, literacy! Okay, moving on now.

Please sign up with ALL LOWERCASE, first, middle and last name please. If you make a mistake, just contact an admin. We’ll be happy to help you out.

If you are signing up as a canon, please make sure you want to be this character and are sure you will be active with said canon. And make sure that canon is not already taken. If so, we will have to deny your applications before even reading it, no matter how good it is. Now, if someone registered as a canon, but did not reserve it, you may reserve it and make an application. If they don't post within 5 days of creating their account we will delete it. Canon wars can, and might happen, if two people created an account and did not listen to the admin (shame on you) and both people posted an application we will chose which one is more literate and more like the pictured canon. Dropped canons can only be tolerable for so long, please don’t do it. We need our canons, so please, be sure.

When you make your profile for your character, please try to stick to the basics of the profile application supplied. If you don’t want to use that exact one, just try to keep to the things that you should know about your character. And, make it lengthy, we all like long profiles. :]

Please have a real person as your character's image. No drawings, anime, or other art. Use a celebrity, model, or just a normal person.

We all like a pleasant role-playing atmosphere so, please, don’t be rude to the other members or guests. Treat people with respect and everything will be okay, right? Right. After all, we wouldn’t want to receive unpleasant messages saying you have been rude…that wouldn’t be good.

Please DO NOT GODMOD. Unless you have permission from the player of the character.

When making your character, please don’t make a Mary Jane. Which is every single thing a character can have, basically. You have to have a good reason for your character to be one of the special qualities a character can have, let alone all of them. And don’t try and give your character any sort of magical powers, like spider man or something. That is to out of the ordinary, and will not be accepted.

Don’t say you are related to another canon or another character without consulting the player of that character. If we find out you didn’t consult them, you will be denied.

PLEASE BE LITERATE. This one of the most, if not the most, important rule to this board. DO NOT use ‘r’ or ‘u’ while posting unless it's a letter or text to another character! Literacy is a must.

We strongly encourage recruiting! The more the merrier. Feel free to invite whoever you see fitting, but remember to keep it literate.

As for posting lengths, as long as it has a good length and good writing, you don't have to make twenty paragraphs. Well, two good, lengthy paragraphs minimum.

All canons are up for grabs, but we have specific rules and expectations for Royalties. First off, there are no OC Royalties. You must choose one of the ones on our lists. If you would like to be a Royalty and if there are any left, you are expected to be literate, that means at least coming on every couple days and posting when needed (at parties, Royal gatherings, etc.). One more thing; only one royalty will be accepted per member.

We have a password protected forum for each character group. Upon being accept you will be sent this password, if you tell anyone else we will ban you and delete your character. It's harsh for just a password, but just don't do it. Also, just because your character (and yourself) knows about what is said in the forum does not mean the rest of your characters do.

S C H O O L R U L E S ;

Academics. Wellington is a very versatile school; students pick the schedules they believe would fit them best. The only thing is they must have a minimum of 5 classes a day and 4 core classes a semester. They must take some sort of the following classes at least once a semester; english, mathematics, science, history. These classes must take place between eight AM and four PM, there will be night classes for students behind the rest of the school who have failing grades that take place after dinner (8 PM) and last until curfew (11 PM). Because there are so many choices most classes consist of 10-15 students only, giving them absolutely no excuse to become behind in their studying.

Pets. Pets are allowed in the school under certain conditions. First they must be under 15 pounds. They must not make noises and must be either housebroken or kept in a cage. A monthly fee of $75 is required of all students and if any messes occur due to the animal it must be paid for, students must take full responsibility of all pets and sign a formal contact with the school.

Meals. The lunchroom is open from 6 AM to 7 PM, during that time three meals are served; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although most students go off campus for their meals, staying on campus is always an option. If a student is on lock-down they can only eat in the lunchroom.

Punishment. If a student misses a class he or she is required to attend a group known as the 'principal's select', they must stay on campus at all hours of the next week unless excused and must check in every 2 hours, they may only remain in the dorms, classrooms, fields, courts, library, and lunchroom at this time. Any wandering will get them a suspended for a week, where they would have to return home for a week or serve a more severe 'principal's select' punishment. During this time they are to attend every class and during their free hours they must be in either their dorms (where the adult in charge of the dorm can see them) or in the library. If on a scholarship and a student is caught breaking any rule their scholarship will be confiscated and they will be forced to either evacuate the school or pay the full tuition to attend.

Cellular devices and other electronics. Cellular devices are to be off or silenced during classes or while in the main buildings. If a phone goes off during class it will be confiscated until the end of the day. iPods, MP3 players, and other music players must be off and put away during class, if in use during a class it will be confiscated. Laptops, hand-helds and other electronic devices are permitted if staff permission.
