QUOTE (Jon @ 9 Sep, 2007, 22:15)
Pardon the inactivity guys. I do have the intention to add writeback. As for On+arrows, i think i'll leave that. And as far as grayscale goes...i'm plain awful at Grayscale, so anyone willing to co-author with me is welcome to contact me about adding grayscale to the mix.

The game is awesome, we were just wanting something this great to get featured! tongue.gif

hmmm btw is there any other bejewelled game on ticalc? I dont remember seeing any uploaded in the past year, if there arent any or if the ones that are on ticalc are crappy maybe next versions could be worth a news on ticalc?

EDIT: did a ticalc search, and it appears there is none, NONE!!!! shocked2.gif

so you just did the first ticalc bejewelled game ever ^.^

hmm i dont think he did any, unless he mispelled bejewelled in his game title, then this would be why ticalc search didn't found it but the point is that there's so few

No, bejeweled is most definitely not in Jim_e's profile. Jon's was the first uploaded!

The things credited to Jim_e on ticalc.org;

LCD Fix
Dline
Super Grey
Grey Demo SE - DBZ Clip
James's Minesweeper
Key input routine that uses IY
Real Sound 1.0
Sound Routine Plus
Wabbitsign

I don't think it was rude but he doesn't have the greatest rep in the community so his stuff was less likely to get featured. But you should try to add saving of high scores and an menu before you go for a feature.

Hmm good idea. wouldn't kill me to put in highschores, eh? and a menu isn't the most difficult thing in the world to code.

just make the game a lil better, like hiscores, and maybe more features (not grayscale now)

usually originality (if the game was done before on calc or not) play a big role in ticalc features just so you know though smile.gif. Even tetris which look better than bejewelled because of animated bgs wouldn't stand a chance because of Ztris and Ztetris.

OT: what's so different between ztris and ztetris anyway? It's even the same author who made it I think

One is newer/fast/smaller and the other has more features.
