Title: how long is your password?

Ok, a few days ago someone sitting next to me logged into his e-mail, his password was 3 characters long which got me wondering, how long are you people's passwords?

My password is 32 characters long always. It's the MD5 hash of one of my favorite files. So I am pretty sure that no one will ever find out what my password is.

My password is 9 letters long and it includes my real, full name and one of my favorite two-digit numbers somewhere.
Isn't it impossible to have a password 3 characters long? I think most sites require a password at least 6 characters long...
