Silver looked on from above at the happenings. The she-cat jeered at the small fox, laughing at her size. 'Are you sure she's a fox? She looks more like a squrriel to me,' the rogue cat said, smirking.
However, she looked on through the trees, for Ivy's words had unnerved her. Surely, a small fox will definitely not be alone. And judging from the fox's appearance, she did not appear to be a low-ranked fox either.
And as she scanned through the vegetation, she saw a flash of white.

Snowstar had heard Sandheart's cry. Wasting no time, he leapt towards the large fox that was closest to his healer. The white fox barred his teeth and the deadly glint in his eyes told the rogues that he was not kidding around. He was a fully grown fox, large by comparison and was exceptionally strong for his age.
But the charge was only ever meant to be a feint attack. Just as he appeared to leap onto the rogue fox, he changed direction and swooped towards Sandheart instead. Snowstar grabbed the healer by her neck and, again changed direction sharply, and ran a safe distance away from the group. The leader knew how Sandheart disliked getting into a fight and he would have to hate to force her into it now.
Snowstar stood in front of Sandheart, growling menancingly, knowing that the rest of his warriors would be along shortly.
'Don't you dare touch her.'

"Thank you, Tribe scum," barked Shadow jeeringly. "You pulled that tan pup off me just as she was actually going to put up a fight. Next time, could you let me give her a little lesson about respecting those above her first?"
He grinned at the two foxes, or one and a half foxes, really. To them it would hardly seem like a smile, though. Combined with his amber eyes that contained such fiendish delight at the prospect of fighting and killing, he seemed to be a demon in black fox form.
"There's only two now, Midnight. We can still take them, but we should probably get started before more come. They've already proved themselves incapable of fighting alone." ____________________________________________________________________
More indeed were waiting outside the thicket. Streaktail had heard Sandheart's cry just as his leader had. He was sure that Snowstar would call him if things got bad, but he wasn't going to wait for long. His eyes were locked on the place the white fox had entered by, and his legs were ready to spring. His ears could pick out the leader's voice, as well as that of two rogues. The rogues still had time to give up, but he wasn't afraid to force them out if they didn't.

Sandheart found herself soon picked up and protected by her leader, then put down. Her eyes continuously switching between him and the rogues. "Above me?" her ears twitched, "that's... that's ridiculous... There are only two figures above me, and you really aren't one of them..." she barked quietly. She probably didn't seem as kind as she normally was, but then again, these weren't figures to be kind to.
---
Ivy thought about what the tan one was saying, and shifted on her rock. Leaders.. deputies... healers? she thought through the ranks. "Healer?" she blinked a few times quickly, "if that's what she is, she probably can't really fight to save herself from a single rat," she practically mumbled.
She remembered very little from tribe life, and if she wasn't mistaking, the only rank that had the right to say that would be healers... unless she hadn't learned about all the ranks. She didn't really know. However, the fox did know that she had to keep an eye out for more foxes.

Snowstar stayed firm, his stance that of a fox ready to spring. His pure white fur stood on its ends, making him appear larger. The leader scented his warriors just out of sight, but very close.
Snowstar tilted his head slightly and addressed his healer. 'Sandheart, get out of here. I can smell Streaktail close by. Go to him. Tell him to move on my signal. Alert Rainstar of the current scene, perhaps more backup may be required. Go.'
The white fox turned his full attention back to the rogue. 'Look, we don't know who you are, or why you're here,' Snowstar growled, deciding to give the rogues a chance before he called his warriors in to help, ' But I know that you are not stupid and you are well aware that you have been hunting and living on clan and tribe lands. I'm going to give you a chance to leave these territories forever, or bear the consequences..'

Silver stood on her branch, gazing down with narrowed eyes. From her height, she saw the huddle of large fox warriors just off the clearing and knew that if they were to fight, they would unlikely win.
She also knew that the stubborn white fox had not seemed to notice her up in the tree yet, thus if a fight did break out, she would have the element of surprise.
The brown fluffy cat had to find a way to warn her companions not to engage in battle yet. It would surely be a one-sided fight..
