Not much implemented in OniUnPacker (OUP) til now, it reads Oni's data, you can view the data of the files in the dat, extract it (but the extract-format will be changed), you can preview TXMPs (textures), TXANs (texture animations), TXMBs (big image maps (AFAIK only used for the intro/outro splashscreens and the backgrounds in the menus)). You can replace TXMPs with normal 24bit bitmap-files (and TXMPs are converted to this format while extracting too).
Example of replaced textures (replaced all of the fire*-textures in level4/airport assault with an test-bitmap and set transparency to 1):  You can always get the newest release at http://chrilly.net/oup/. It creates an subdirectory in the directory from where you opened the .dat-file. For previewing you just need to click on the "Preview Window" menu-button and after that select a TXMP/TXAN/TXMB file.

Yeah, it opens just as a blank box. But as soon as you select a new file *while* the preview window is opened you should get the preview ...
