Just would like to say how happy I was with a recent suspension fix. I replaced my old worn out torque arm bushing with a polyurethane piece. I cant believe how much of a difference!!, My car no longer leans in corners, it does not clunk when I put it into gear, it goes over bumps better and is way more settled. My car feels amazing and has renewed my love for the car.

So if you have not replaced this piece ever I recommend doing it know, its real easy.

A tip, there are 2 types of bushings lips in and lips out, lips in looks like an E and lips out looks like a 3. IT would have saved me a lot of aggravation if I knew this ahead of time!

^dude that could be a lot of other things too...

The poly bushed torque arm mod is a nice little mod..although I must say when I did that mod when I first bought my car, I really didn't feel it..dunno..maybe cause the one I replaced wasn't too worn... If u can get the money together..I would really recommend getting the tranny crossmember mounted torque arm..that I must say drastically changed the cars handling...

If you like the poly bushing mod, you will absolutely love the tubular torque arm with the crossmember mount! I had the poly bushing thing early on, but when I put the aftermarket torque arm in....it was night and day! You can hammer the throttle all through a curve and no rear swaying at all! Both rear tires are planted and with full traction!

Wow that sounds awesome!! I will have to remember that. But the $12 mod vs. $800 mod was a deciding factor. smile.gif

So one day when I have money I know what to do!!! I am happy with it though, I commute over 50 miles a day in it so its good for a DD........ for now.

LOL!! ITs still reasonably effective. I do have a tubular adjustable panhard rod, Edelbrock LCAs and a TDS rear sway bar with 1LE end links all around I am sure some of that stuff has helped.

I have sphon SFCs I am waiting to put in, but I have rust under the car that needs to be fixed first. I have had the SFCs for over a year!! They are taunting me!!
