Team Communication is what will lead us to victory, not orders from one person. Only form of leadership will be found on forums to keep order and for recruiting purposes; otherwise out in the field it is up to you.

4vs4, we're gonna be who ever is online is gonna play. rep decides what type of teams we play and exp will build on so we can go up or down the ladder.
