Exterior The mansion's front gate, the spacious gardens, Breakstone Lake, and the expansive backyard--it's all surrounding Xavier's Estate. Main Level Hallways, offices, family areas, kitchen, and more. The vast majority of occupants in Xavier's Mansion are on this level when not sleeping or training. Upper Level Composed of two levels, the upper-most floor is designated as the dormitories. Each member of the X-Men has a room to themselves and guests are granted access to guest quarters. Underground Level Access to the Underground Levels of Xavier's Mansion is strictly prohibited to X-Affiliates only.
