Exterior
The mansion's front gate, the spacious gardens, the boat house of Breakstone Lake, and the expansive backyard--it's all surrounding Xavier's Estate. Dotted with fountains, seating areas, and a plethora of flowers, one can't miss the woodland area nearby for a lovely stroll through nature.

Main Level
Hallways, offices, family areas, kitchen, and more. The vast majority of occupants in Xavier's Mansion are on this level when not sleeping or training. Comfortable couches, delectable meals, and cars aplenty in the garage area are available to nearly all occupants.

Upper Level
An entire level of the mansion that's designated as the dormitories. Each member of the X-Men has a room to themselves, guests are granted access to guest quarters, and in the middle of it all includes a large library to sit and read.

Underground Level
Access to the Underground Levels of Xavier's Mansion is strictly prohibited to X-Affiliates only. Danger Room, Cerebro, laboratories, and the War Room, some of Xavier's most confidential equipment is down here, and highly monitored for any unsavory actions.
