Administrator / Emperor damien_h3 Group: Elder Gods Posts: 475 Member No.: 1 Joined: 17-August 06	Moderators oversee specific forums. They have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Moderators are chosen selectively by the Forum Staff for deserving users. There are many requirements to be eligible for the Moderator position, and they are: ~A long tenure in the forums. ~No history of flaming twards other members. ~200+ posts ~Abiding to the rules at ALL times. ~Fair spelling and grammar. ~Intelligent and thoughtful discussion. ~Maturity and the ability to take charge and assist the Forum Staff when needed. Asking or volunteering to become a Moderator will decrease your chances at becoming one if you do not participate or abide by any of the above rules. No votes or nominations directed to the Forum Staff will influence their decision. But, if you feel that you deserve to be a moderator at MKNF, please send a PM to either myself or zirtoc!

I have been extremely busy with exams and college level courses for prep. And I just got a job. But for the most part, being a mod is a hard job. Some of you might think it's a way to get power and respected by members, but its not. Its a tough time. If you have alot of free time, then you can handle it, but if your like me who is a member of over 10 different MK sites and is a mod on several other forums, then your in for a tough time. im not trying to lecture anyone. This is how I know because I have spent alot of time with MK sites and I know it takes awhile to get certain priveliges. But it's not impossible.
