I saw a commercial for this the other day, and I found it very interesting, being a big fan of wind energy and other alternatives. So, I googled it, found it, and checked it out. The page pretty much explains itself. Ten years is kind of a stretch, but I'd LOVE to see it happen. The number of supporters has gone up since I joined, which is very awesome.
