Title: Some Changes
Description: much needed ones...

Ok, this has gone on for long enough. Hardly anything is getting done, main members are never around, and the forums are basically breaking down. I recruited meno to help me manage forums and other related things, but he is never on. Devzero and Prime are this game's programmers, and we haven't anything from them for months!
Not even troid has made much effort to be active here. Therefore, I have made the decision to Hire the one of the few members here who I can trust and who will help me get this team and this forum back into line. Our newest moderator: Hexit. In addition, I also knocked down Troid's and Meno's rank down to simple moderator staus, and if they continue to be as inactive as they currently are, i'll knock them both down even further.

As for DevZero and Prime, you guys have been making us wait far too long for any type of progression. Dev, I hope you read this, cause if you don't show this team some good progress within a week's time, I will knock your team status off. I am gonna say the same thing to you Prime. Even though I can't knock you down in rank since you are this forum's root admin, I'll make another MNM forum if I have to just to show you that I am sick of you slacking off of this project. Don't start what you can't finish Prime.

Umm, I have been on recently. And I've been doin shiz and stuff. Its just there nothing to moderate. Cuz the forums are dying. Really if there was more to moderate I would be on. Also, school and I'm going to be gone this weekend. But I have been on, hence the fact I've been posting. And closing topics that get out of line and stuff.

Meno, I on average check out the forums about 2-3 times day. I have seen you on here maybe once a week for like 5 minutes. That hardly qualifies being active.

Also, nothing to moderate?! I think Hexit would disagree with you on that one. He has been finding spammy topics galore, or he's just power hungry ^_^

Either way, what's done is done.

Well, yeah, if you want to lower my rank because I was gone for a week, then fine. Checking forums 2-3 times a day isn't going to help find who's active or not. You would have to be on 24/7. I've been on three times this week and a few times last week, and for me that wasn't very active. Before that I was on almost every night. But lowering my rank just for this? I think you're just trying to make people think the forums are not dead by flexing your power and shuffling things around.

What if Dev goes on vacation for a week right now? *Ding*, bad timing, he's kicked off the team. And Prime has been making progress, whether he posts it on these forums or not.

As for things to mod on these forums, sure, there are always old topics that can be thrown into a different category. I don't exactly find that modding, and that sort of thing can be done in a simple little five minutes. It's not a very active assignment.

Modding is more of making sure that the forum is running smoothly, not necessarily cracking down on every little problem in every little topic. If you expect us to be on hours upon hours every day and never lapse in our time commitment, then you're looking for the wrong traits in an "admodistrator". Commitment to forums isn't necessarily about how much time is spent on them, but how well the available forum time is used. So what exactly have you been doing with your time aside from being angry that others aren't on?

I know you're going to respond to this post in anger, so if you are only going to try to prove my points wrong this way, don't even post.

Ok, after talking and thinking it through, I apologize for knocking down Troid's and Meno's rank. The fact is, I was just getting worried that this project was dying off that I was trying to do some etxreme and now that I think about it, unnecessary actions to get the team and project back into a groove again.

Now according to troid, Prime and possibly zero are making progress, but just not posting it. That's pretty much what I like to call CFX syndrome(only people familiar with SCU and Mp2D will get that joke). Maybe they are for all I know. The problem is I just can't comfortably assume that they are. Unless I am actually shown that people are making progress on a project, then I just can't be certain of myself. I have always been taught in school to never assume anything, and I guess I am using that practice here as well.

You know Troid, although I admit that at times I can be a little hard to get along with and get angry for whatever reason, I really don't appreciate the "I know you will respond to this angry" comment. I can be a civil person when I want to be.

In conclusion, I will say this: I apologize for knocking the ranks down on Troid and Meno(although for the record, meno's admod rank was by complete accident when I hired him anyway. He was only suppose to be a mod from the beginning). However, if both of them at least make some attempt to be more active forum and project wise, then I will boost their ranks back up again.
