IKK Magazine Rules - Version up!

Well, I finally finished re-writing the rules for IKK Magazine. I'm not 100% happy with the result because I don't have the knowledge (or time) to make them as user-friendly as I wanted. Also, this board doesn't allow me to do all the things I do know how to do, and I had to put some bandaids on stuff to make it work.

There's a welcome and new member info section, a summarized outline of the rules, and a more wordy expanded version of the rules at the end. New members should read the first section, and all members should at least read the summarized outline. It's up to you to read the last section (gray background) if you wish. Contact information is located at the top of that section, but is linked to through the whole document.

I'm open to comments and suggestions on things I should add, or any changes to my wording. As I said, I'm not totally happy with this version, and that's why I've labeled it version 3.00a.

Version 3.00a - Complete re-write of the rules. Changed the organization to categories and further organized things by importance to members. Also created summarized and expanded sets of rules.

Version 2.1.3 - Clarified how we handle members with multiple accounts in rule 8.

Version 2.1.2 - Clarified that new user status is now "hardcoded" into our user group system. Users will not be able to post new topics to any forum other than "Party People" until they reach the set number of posts. Please do not create more than one topic of your own there.

Version 2.1.1 - Added Rule 8.3 and a sentence to part of Rule 8.

Version 2.1 - Rules given a facelift and made easier to read.

I guess it's kinda weird, but I'm going to make a comment/suggestion. Think of it as a note to myself ;p

What the section on "direct linking" says direct linking is is incorrect, confusing, and misleading. I thought about it before, but couldn't come up with a concise way to say it. I'll work on that and update it later.

"Direct linking" in itself is just directly linking to a file outside this board. Which is fine, unless that file is on a site that the poster doesn't own. File sharing sites are acceptable, of course.

I've already fixed a number of formatting issues, as well.
