Some friends on the PGSM Fansite showed their concern about Keiko's role in the movie. Maybe a very small one again, though it is "heroine". But the whole movie is mainly about wars, not the love affair.

^ I like her look in it. :) My guess is that her status in it is similar to that in Handsome Suit - the 2 male leads are the centerpiece while she's the female lead.

But the movie's name is Midsummer's Orion and it is related to Keiko's role to a great constant. What's more, Keiko plays two different roles in the movie. There's so much content about her that it seems to me to be the "WARvsLOVE" kinda thing.

My guess in my last post above is just based on what you said preceding to that post. Like what you've just said now, her role could also be a more significant one. :)

I know I've already said that several times, but I really like her character image in that movie. (Also kinda reminding me of Ami's outfit when she 1st appeared in Act 2 of PGSM. lol)

I'm a sucker for war movies... I don't know why! But war + love would be awesome, wouldn't it...

^ Interesting findings in many ways. :) It's been more than 60 yrs. now, but it's never too late to reflect on that history by both sides, lest it'd be repeated somewhere, sometime by someone. :)

so looking forward to an international release, i will buy that film the second it hits american shelves! :D
