this years upcomming movie im really excited for is the next harry potter movie! i really want to go watch it on opening day but i dont think i can this year. T___T im also waiting for the third installment of resident evil. i cant wait to see milla jovovich kick some ass!

Ooo.. there's lots of movies I wanna watch! For one, Harry Potter, of course. And Ghost Rider.. esp. since my university is one of the settings! (was filmed in our beloved city). Music and Lyrics is another one I wanna watch, and Hannibal Rising. :P I'm still very behind on all my movies... ugh

:P I am also waiting for the next release of Harry Potter this july.... I also want to watch 300.... Ghost rider is a good movie too.. Bridge to terabithia also counts to me...

And although I can't help but be dissapointed with the POTC series (the second movie leaving me at such a cliffhanger had me going around with an axe for three days waiting to find the director, :lol:) I NEED to watch POTC 3 when it comes out. Even if it turns out to be total crap, I can't get enough of Jack Sparrow. Ahhhhh yes.....Johnny Depp...... :wub:

I'm probably the only one who thinks PoTC2 is better than the first.... I'm highly looking forward to the third.

Harry potter was good its about to come out on Video. I would like to the the next potter one which is estimated to be released in Nov 2008.

I'm eagerly anticipating Golden Compass, if just for the controversies. lol Actually I like stories of such anti-establishmentarianist themes.

Yeah I love the movies too. They are pretty good. I wonder if thats where it stops or they might just might make another one.

I'm pretty sure that they'll stop there. At least Keira Knightley (Elizabeth) has said that she won't make another one. If they make a PotC without her I'm going to be devastated!

To get back on topic I'm looking forward to watching Enchanted. I think I'm seeing it next Saturday.

Not having watched both National Treasure movies, but I guess they're kinda like Raiders + Da Vinci Code? I think Americans are more into them since the movies concern w/ American history.

I've watched the latest Resident Evil movie, tho - here's my brief comment on it posted elsewhere earlier:

Watched Resident Evil: Extinction. So Mad Max feel, also w/ traces of Alien: Resurrection & Hitchcock's The Birds. Milla rocks - love her since The Fifth Element (I generally like actresses w/ East European origins lol).

YEa Resident Evil was pretty good. Milla is awesome!

me and a couple of friends plan to go see One Missed Call.
We saw the original Japanese version of the movies and thought it would be a good laugh to see americans trying to re-make it.

I guess Hollywood is running out of its creative juices - there's been so many remakes of East Asian movies in the recent yrs. (one, The Departed, even got the Oscar lol).

At the moment I'm looking forward to seeing Atonement. Keira Knightley is pretty much my favourite actress, haha.

I heard it was okay and she gets nude in it. lol

When isn't she nude in a movie? (Sorry, I couldn't help myself, she's been nude in quite a few movies.) It's been getting awesome reviews here in Sweden so I really can't wait.

I guess her nude scenes are the necessary kinds, since sex plays an important part in the literary work on which the movie is based.

yeah i liked it BUT i wanted to like it more... i know that doesnt make sense!
its like i went in to the film wanting to like the characters no matter what... but they where all as bad as eachother they're ALL bad people lol (apart from Johanna & Anthony...)
i think i just watched it in the wrong mindset or something.
