Names

+ You must register with a first name and last name. If you've signed up with a username like mkid0946 you will be asked to change it.

+ No near-identical names to ones which have already been registered. Try to use a name that is unique to anything else on this site if possible.


Applications

+ Give lots of detail! The more information you give, the sooner your application can be accepted.

+ Do NOT contact staff members to ask them to read your application. This will only annoy them and they may be busy with other tasks. However, it is acceptable to contact a staff member if your application has been sitting untouched for three days.

+ You shouldn't post within the roleplay until your application has been accepted.


Posting

+ Please use good spelling and grammar. Don't use text talk.

+ No douple posting - that means, please edit your post if you have something to add instead of posting again straight away.

+ If you wish for a thread to be over the PG-13 rating (ie. the R rating), please place this rating in the subtitle. If you wish to do an NC-17 roleplay, please take it to PMs.

+ Please don't change colours or fonts in your posts - this makes it harder to read and may confuse people or clash with the board colours. This doesn't apply to the 'Plotting' forum. Add the word 'jamjam' to your application to show you've read the rules.

+ Posts should be at least four lines long. I know that sometimes it can be hard to come up with a lot every time, but please give enough for the other person to be able to reply to. This doesn't apply to out-of-character posts.


Roleplay

+ No god-moding. Full stop.

+ Roleplay posts are to be in the past tense and in third person.


Signatures & Avatars

+ Signature images should be no bigger than 400 x 150 pixels or seven lines of text.

+ Don't advertise in your signature.

+ Avatars should be no bigger than 150x200 pixels, and should not be anime characters. If an actor is specified for a canon character, please use pictures of that person and no one else. If you wish to debate this, please contact the admin.
