For me, it is here, Da Bungalow, Pikmin Returns, Invision Free Skin Zone, a few advertising forums, NBA Boards (on and off, even though I say nothing about basketball), some anime forum to say stupid things and because the owner is cool, a few horrible advertising forums, and I make an account that I use to get banned at the Foo Fighter's message board at least once per every few months.
