Bleh, insommia has completely ruined my sleeping paterns throughout summer for the past two years, not when i was at school 'cause it zapped all my energy... but in the summer hols as i have nothing to do, which results in me not being able to sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning, then i wake up at about 10 or 11... i hate it, and i was always feel tired, but i can't get to sleep which if fustrating in itself...

I wish i could do what my mother does and have a nap during the day, but i can't sleep when the sun is still high in my sky... damn it, i wish i could sleep better in the summer...
Also, i don't go to the doctors because:
1. I'm not old enough to go by myself and
2: The doctors where i live suck, big time, not much help to me...
Anyway, what are your thoughts on it, and have you been to the doctors about it?
