I need a log that is 124x48 that says ECF. make it tranparent or with a solid background. Give the letters a blue glow around it

ill give it a try I havent done a graphic in like a month or 2 or 3 so let me see if I lost my skills so for it to say ecf any specific color or font you like if so pick one there( www.dafont.com ) also would you care if I make a more graphic backround or just one boring normal solid color lol

well it needs to be transparent or solid so it can be transparent. I need it to put on my artwork for new site.
