Here i will be recruiting for my PBP(play by post) D&D game, taking place on a Planet called Erth.
-Brief Background-
You are in the Riam Desert, which is part of the Riam Empire, in a caravan on your way to Ishmaller, a port city to drop off your goods.

-Details-
Mostly humans, as they are war-mongering and pushed most other races back. If you want to play a non-human race, then simply ask with a good reason why.
Level one
Max Health first level
4d6, 7 times drop lowest #'s

Chris, your character is fine-I'm assuming you are a body guard of the caravan or just travel with them for protection?

Body guard sounds good.

I'll probably be playing a human wizard, possibly a sorcerer. Just so no-one else tries to take my spot. wink.gif
@James: Starting gold? And hould we roll on invisible castle and post the link here, or is this the honor system?

Alright, let me try and remember my username/password for thetangledweb, and let me roll some dice on invisiblecastle here....

Wow, invisiblecastle has changed...alot. smile.gif Well, here are the rolls:
The Rolls

I might switch around some of those stats on the actual character, but the numbers will stay the same. They are:

18
16
15
15
14
13

Not bad if I do say so myself. And now, to the character creation stage. I might be done by the end of today, if not, by the end of the week probably.

EDIT: Also, What about health for second level? Not that we are yet, but...And you should also add in the first post the starting gold and such. wink.gif Aslo, another question. Can I start with my familiar, and do we need a backstory?

EDIT(AGAIN): Do I actually have to pay for my spells every time I use them, like the components and things?

Yes'm

I asked several questions....

EDIT: I'm actually changing, and am going to play a wizard instead.
Unanswered Questions:
-What about health for second level?
-Can I start with my familiar?
-Do we need a backstory?
-Do I have to pay for my spells every time I use them, like the components and things?

1: Roll
2: Yes
3: Would be nice
4: Yes, unless you have a Spell Component Pouch.

John, why do you have seven known spells and all known Cantrips?

Unless there is other interest I will start on Thursday.

John, why do you have seven known spells and all known Cantrips?

Well, look at page 57 in the players handbook, 3.5. It states:

"A wizard begins play with all 0-level wizard spells (except those form her prohibited school or schools, if any; see School Specialization, page 57) plus three 1st-level spells of your choice. For each point of intelligence bonus the wizard has (see Table 1-1: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells, page 8), the spellbook holds one additional 1st-level spell of your choice.

So the beggining three, plus my four points of bonus would equal 7 1st, and a wizard comes with all cantrips. smile.gif
