Character Names:Players Kamahl of Krosa:Chris (Please Pick a color for your IC Speaking) Nawtshure of Yhet:John (Pick a color)
(All In Character Talking on my part will be in dark red) Backstory- You all are traveling along with a small merchant caravan inside the Kingdom of Riam. Riam is a small kingdom most of which is in the Riam Desert. The Kingdom's patron god is Pelor, he who grows crops and gives light. You have been traveling for a day and a half now, and just recently, you stopped by a lake in the northern part of the Kabral Canyon. The lake empties into a small hole at the edge of the Canyon, and you hear the roaring of echoing splashes emanating from the opening in the wall. Its you two, an armed guard and the Merchant, Dwane Loak.
At the moment, you are in a rather green area of the cavern, bushes and small trees surround the lake. Nawtshure hears a noise coming from a small bush about forty feet from were he is standing, Kamahl being right next to him.

Prepared Spells: 0- Ray of FrostDaze Light 1- Reduce Person Alarm "Over there, behind the bushes!" I say, as I gesturing at the man with the crossbow. I start walking foward while muttering words in a muddy-sounding language, all the while making rapid hand movements with both hands. I point my finger at the crossbow-wielder and make a huge, teethy, white smile as an icy-blue ring appears on my fingertip, blowing my hair back in a crazy twist as light blue ice shards mingle together with night black hair for only a moment, and then it blasts off towards the man that could mean harm to me and those I am protecting. The one with the crossbow will get a smack with a ray of frost. To hit(ranged touch attack)-15+3=18 Damage(1d3)=3 I moved within 25 feet of him and then let my attack go wild. (( Not too bad on the rolls if I do say so myself. Do I get and bonus to damage when I am using ray of frost? I wish I had area spells. ))

Prepared Spells: 0-Ray of FrostDaze Light 1-Reduce Person Alarm I will fire my crossbow at the charging guy with the net. I grab my crossbow from behind me, just as a bandit leaps over the bushes with a net. For a second time is frozen for Imnawt, as the bandit is suspended over the bush, sweat gleaming from his forhead, hair blown back by the wind. Imnawt is remembering a tale that his father once told him, about how a man that looks almost exactly like this one leaped into his fathers hen house, with a net that looks the same as the one the bandit is holding. He stole 4 hens that day, and my father chased him off the property, missing his two shots with the crossbow, the very same crossbow that Imnawt is holding right now. Well, lets hope I don't suffer the same fate as my father did, this time theres more at stake then a few hens, its a mans life.Time starts again, the bandit screaming as he charges at the merchant. Imnawt aims, steadies, then fires the crossbow, the weapon making a satisfying thwump as it leaves the crossbow. See if it hits: 3+19=22 Damage: 1d10+1=4*2=8 ((Wow, a 19. I'm stealing all your luck, Chris. (0o) The damage wasn't all that great though. )) This post has been edited by john m on May 22 2008, 03:51 PM
