Whenever I try to follow a hyperlink in a document or a shortcut in my start menu, the following happens.

I ctrl-click on a link in a word document "www.google.com" and Firefox will open two instances. One will have the correct www.google.com page open and the second will be an error page with the URL being " http://www.google.com/FirefoxHTML%5CShell%...5CCommand"

This only happens when Firefox is closed and a link is clicked which opens Firefox. This is new since installing FoxyProxy (which is awesome btw).
