FoxyProxy appears to save its settings file in ANSI encoding.
This leads to mangled strings if Proxy names or descriptions contain non-ANSI characters (da-DK, fr-FR, de-DE, etc.).

Please check if it is possible to save the settings file in UTF-8 mode.
