Try right clicking the place where the banner should be and then click on "Show Picture". I mean, I have a slow internet connection and when there's a large traffic it becomes unable to show any pictures so I can't see either the banner or almost any other pictures. It's only at my home computer, when I opened the forum on a computer at school the banner was there. And it is only the banner, everything else works fine.
