i saw this but his website hasnt been updated for awhile and i read that he no longer trains there.
is this a sure address?

Yes it is a sure address - as certain as anything we have. He trained temporarily in Lake Arrowhead while Frank was working there, but that's not a permanent site.
His website has been updated recently with a change of agency to CAA so if there was a different mailing address, I'm sure they would've given it then.
Toyota is where I sent the last ELFF birthday project, and, as he still maintains a home in LA, he does train there at least some of the time. So until we hear otherwise, this is still the best mailing address.
