Title: Favourite Team Evanna dance

Well, nothing original, but a fun idea, I hope :) (and a good excuse to rewatch a few dances ;)). I did not include various performances of the same dance, not to make this too confusing. I hope I didn't miss anything.

Great idea!! Thanks karolina!! That said - just like pictures and skating programs, how can I ever pick just one? They are all so special for different reasons. Will have to think on this a while. But watching the videos will be pure pleasure. :cloud9:

Love the fun idea of a poll! It's so hard to pick just one!!! Right now I have narrowed my favorites to 3. :) I'll watch the videos again and try to pick just one.

Without a doubt....the Paso Doble. *dreamy sigh*

I'm with Jedi - Paso Doble

That said, all of Team Evanna's dances were wonderful!

I cast mine for the paso also. Though the foxtrot was right up there too, as was his Samba. I thought he had great hip action in that one. Apparently there was not enough "bounce" in his step to suit the judges. What do they know about what the fans like anyway?

Add me to the list for the Paso Doble. I've watched that dance over and over. It is mesmerizing!!! Loved the dance itself, the outfits, just everything about it!!!

I voted for the Paso Doble. As did most of you guys ;) It was my favorite dance of the season - great choreography, great costumes and great music. I loved all his dances, but my other favorites include his Argentine Tango, Freestyle, second Viennese Waltz, Jive and Rumba. My favorite songs he danced to are "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" and "Bring Me to Life," though every song he danced to is now on my ipod. :)

Seems the Paso Doble has a lot of fans :1st: and so it should. Even my dad, who doesn't like watching Dancing with the Stars, thought Evan's Paso was the best dance he'd ever seen.

I love futuristic cha-cha-cha and pasodoble especially

Of course my fave is the wonderful breath-taking, intense Paso Doble! My 2nd fave would be the Argentine Tango!

I miss Evanna!!! :(

I have to tell you something funny. My grandchildren were visiting last week, and I invited my oldest granddaughter, Teresa, who is just 5 1/2 to come watch skating and dancing with me on my computer. Her mother watches DWTS, so I figured Teresa had watched too. Well, she was very specific in her choices. She did not want to watch skating, she wanted to watch dancing.

Her choices: Argentine Tango and Paso Doble

And she knew both dances by name and insisted on seeing the videos all the way through to the scores so she could clap. Then, I think, we watched the Jive. Then she got interested in something else. But it amazed me that those were her favorite dances and Evan was her favorite dancer. Her mother's influence must have been in there somewhere too.

I have shown her Evan skating in the past and she likes that too. She always claps and cheers when he lands a jump or does a spin. Her mother has taken her ice skating two or three times, but where they live they don't have a regular ice arena or ice lessons. She wants to take dancing lessons.

Awww, what a sweet story, Carley. You never know where a child's interest will lead...
