Please don�t sign up unless you plan on filling out an application, you have no idea how Doxie and I love members, we love them, so when we get people joining and no application goes up it gets slightly annoying. The same with when you reserve a character, don�t reserve it unless you plan to apply for it, someone else might want the place and could actually fill out an application form. So just use common sense mkay? (: If someone has already registered with the character you want, then just please add a period at the end, and if that is taken please do a double period, you get the picture? To be honest we�re not all that fussed but it just makes things look a lot neater, and I�m a neat freak ;D *general board rules* Your admins are gods; no joke. Okay we�re only joking but seriously, don�t you think it�s a little stupid to start mouthing off at us when we can simply just ban your asses faster than you can say harry james potter? The first word is those, We don�t ask for much to be frank, we�d rather you bad mouthed us than the other members, so if you have bitching to do, keep it to yourselves. Applications � Okay, as you can probably see from the subplots we love drama but PLEASE for the love of MERLIN I don�t want to see kids who were raped when they were little by their step-father or lost all of their family to death eaters, uh hello, Voldemort wasn�t even active until around about now in the marauders time. The future era kids already have their families planned out pretty much. I�ll allow abuse and all that crap but only to a certain extent, not everyone has a bad bloody life. Respecting other people is just a must. If I see sexist, racist, or any other kind of �ist� out there taking part on this board I am not going to be very fucking happy. The board is rated R which means, drugs, sex and violence are going to happen if you hadn�t already guessed from reading the subplots. I don�t really care if you go into detail or not, it doesn�t bother me at all, just make sure you put a warning in the topic, whether it be at the beginning or in the description,I don�t want people who don�t want to read that shit to be forced to okay? (: And just for reference I do hold rules with that, Ask Doxie, I don�t and I repeat DONT want to see fifth years off screwing everyone in sight; and if you want your character to be pregnant or whatever please PM me first. Swearing, as you can gather already I really don�t care about, what kid doesn�t swear these days? Just don�t use it to the point where it gets annoying and you�re just doing it to be �cool� that�s all I have to say. Post length, we're an advanced site for advanced members, so to be honest if you joined and can only do posts with about 200 words then please I don't think this is the site for you. I want 800 words plus in each post, I know that we all get brain dead sometimes so obviously I don't mind the odd mistake but please try your best. If I see someone doing it too often then I will PM you and ask to keep it up. Another thing with posting, that deserves a rule all of its own, is that as I�ve said I�m a neat freak, and I hate reading posts where the writing is huge and it looks awfully unprofessional so PLEASE write in size 0. That means [size=0] [/size] without the stars put your writing between them. Thank you. Oh and no posting in like...Yellow. It bugs me. Canons � Play them in proportion that�s all I ask; don�t make Sirius a weak little shy idiot, or I will kill you, and no Snape may not be best friends with the whole of Gryffindor. Grammar, I�m not that fussed about this either because as you can tell I�m awful at it, but it really DOES bug me when people don�t know how to use apostrophe�s and full stops. Third word is pink, WHEN you use a full stop you start the next sentence WITH A CAPITAL LETTER. You learn that in like kindergarten. *Signatures and final words* You have to have a play-by completely obvious but you would be surprised, it can�t be anime or manga or whatever other stuff there is out there, it has to be a REAL person. I prefer models, but you�re welcome to use Celebrities too. Make sure you have an avatar at LEAST up when you�ve been accepted, if you need graphics then PM and I�ll make you something to tide over with okay? DONT MAKE IT STRETCH THE BOARD. That really bugs me. That goes to for in plot pages as well, PUT SPACES between the bloody image tags. Final note, I admire you for reading them all, the last word is handcuffs, so my final rule would be HAVE FUN. Yes, it is a rule get over it.
