so we all know that plot pages are dead. it's a shame, right? how much did we all used to love looking at all the pretty colors and searching for hours on caution? well anyway, we don't have them here but we do have plot ad pages. you're all familiar with them. and here they are.

what's this, the internet? as if it's taking over our world. pfft. either way, it's pretty fucking common to find someone with a myspace, a twitter, a flickr, all of the above and more. instead of having separate forums for each of these, you get a sub forum all to yourself in which to put it all.

most people these days have a cell phone, here's where all the band members' contact info is located. call your friend, merchie or band mate or send them a text or picture message. all of that goodness is right heree.

it's mid-afternoon and the tour organizers have decided to set things off early with an all-you-can-eat barbecue. with picnic tables and bring your own alcohol. it certainly is an early kick-start to the day for some.

as well as the food and beverages and the partying, they also had sense to bring in some mostly-g-rated entertainment for some ice breaking and friendly competition. ping pong, air hockey, pin ball machines and arcade games are all set up in a large room at your disposal.

what's a better way to get to know the people you're touring with for, well, however long the tour goes for than dancing it up with the aide of alcohol in your system, well, if you're legal, of course. otherwise you're set for an early night, unless you manage to sneak in.

the energy, the pumping music, the atmosphere. they're all things associated with performing on one of the four stages at the invisible monsters tour. the thing is, they're not always on the go, there's the in-between times when bands are packing or setting up and people wander in or out.

aah, backstage. for many concert-goers it's a land of mystic and wonder. for the people who deal with it every singe day it's a hurried, crowded, sweaty place that they'd rather not have to ever deal with. still, this is where all the warm ups and warm downs happen each day and night.

you looking for someone? chances are you can find them here. or at least, find someone who has seen them. the merch tables are one of the main sources for gossip and chatter on tours, and at invisible monsters it's no exception. those merchies are worse than hair dressers.

the whole tour campus is full of little walkways to get from one place to another. from merch tables to catering tables, from the dressing rooms to backstage, from backstage to the stage. it's just like one huge maze for everybody to navigate their way through.

want some food? can't be bothered making your way to the tour bus or one of the many restaurants and take outs in town? meet the catering service. it's no four course meal, but it's some damn good food all the same. there's even some damn picnic tables for you lazies.

there's gotta be somewhere to dick around and blow off steam, right? outside the venue can act as many, many things. a space to chill, for one, and a place to get mobbed by obsessive fans. at least you know it's going to be a new kind of adventure. just watch out for a bunch of crazy stalkers.

not going to lie, you've got to be a crazy son of a bitch to venture into the mosh pit as a person on tour, a band member would get mobbed to death. the truth? most people in bands are crazy sons of bitches. most people on invisible monsters tour, actually.

want to role play in a place on tour grounds that isn't already mentioned/doesn't fall into one of the above categories? well you can do that here. this forum can be wherever you want it to be, as long as it's on the tour site.

for the duration of the tour, the buses will be your home away from home. as far as feeling comfortable goes, it's never going to be quite the same as being in a stationary bed. it's a place to retreat and get away from the fans, the paparazzi and the general hustle of the day.

who says the tour buses are always that comfortable? sometimes you just need to settle in a stationary bed. whether it be luxurious or a crap hole, hotels provide a break from the bus. plus, it provides a great place to throw a party and escape the screams of fans.

just the place to find everything you need. food courts, shops, and the like. perhaps its about time you throw out that lucky shirt and venture into one of the many clothing shops the mall provides to find a brand new one. or visit the food court to fill your body with high carb food. this is a great place to spend all your merch money.

eventually your tour bus will run out of gas and where else are you going to refuel it? gas stations are scattered everywhere and for a damn good reason too. there you can grab all the greasy snacks you want while your bus takes a break.

think, you're traveling everywhere around the globe, there's going to be a lot to see! so pull out your polaroids and start posing in front of that historic building or that magnificent structure of nature. these sights can be whatever/wherever you'd like them to be, as long as they fit the setting.

there's nothing like dousing the pallet with a cool drink after a long day of performing. the bars better be ready for all the party kids of the tour to be rushing into the doors to get tipsy. bars provide an escape and allow you to unwind. not to mention hooking up with someone in the dark, secretive atmosphere of the bar scene.

with performing, signing, and supervising, it seems that fitting in a time to eat is nearly impossible. plus, you can't just eat the catered food every single day! so when a time slot opens, you'll find yourself heading to the nearest restaurant to appease your howling hunger.

what a better way to wind down for the day than to sit down in an air-conditioned theatre watching the latest flick? sometimes with being constantly on the road, you'll find yourself out of the loop with the rest of the world. grabbing a bag of popcorn and sitting down to watch a film will help you feel more updated.

whether it be during the afternoon or the late evening, the streets are always full of people making their way to their destination. often times you'll find street performers lining the sidewalks or some other form of entertainment. the streets are simply the best place for meeting up with someone or people watching.

want to role play that one defining moment, but don't have the muse to role play right up until that point? your character could be in a nursing home or getting married, the possibilities are endless, really.

have a great idea for a thread that happened before the beginning of tour? well here you can role play that. you can explore how your band met or the moment they find out that they're signed, whatever you really feel like.

okay, so we don't want to confine what you'd like to role play, but there's some threads that not everybody wants to read after stumbling along. this forum is where all the mature threads will be. don't overuse this forum please.
