I figured since I mentioned it somewhere else, I'd make a quick thread about Star Wars costuming. If you make or wear Star Wars costumes, I'd love to see them!

Usually, I have a blaster of some kind. I'm reworking the sniper rifle I originally had for this costume, adding lights and stuff.

That's a lovely piece of work. I'd like to see more detail pics, and some info on how it's made.

I've never done any Star Wars costuming, but years ago I made myself a red Star Trek mini dress to the proper pattern. They are more complicated than they look, but that's how you get the properly fitted look. I still have it but it doesn't fit any more, not by a long way.
