College application process: Complete. Now on to grad school apps! :P

Well, I just finished applying to colleges, and I'm trying to decide where to go. Any tips from you old fogies out there? Or just general advice/reminisces/ramblings about college?

I picked based on which school had the program I wanted and had in state tution (a grand total of one option).

Atmosphere, activities, food, and housing are all important but you can usually find your little niche where ever you go.

As a warning, if you're really, really obsessive about grades, take into consideration whether you'll be entering your program as 'top of the curve' or median. Because it can be a serious mental shock to adjust to being 'normal'.

remember, you are PAYING them to provide certain services. You ahve a right to seek out better services if you're not happy with the college you go to.

I got into Williams and Swarthmore, and I'm trying to choose between those two.
