Could I just point everyone towards a couple of the rules that seem to be being ignored lately?

Applications
QUOTE
+ Give lots of detail! The more information you give, the sooner you can be sorted.

+ Do NOT contact staff members to ask them to read your application. This will only annoy them and they may be busy with other tasks.


Posting

+ Posts should be at least five lines long, preferably more. I know that sometimes it can be hard to come up with a novel-length post every time, so it will be overlooked on occasion. However, if it becomes more regular, you will receive a warning.


Signatures & Avatars

+ Signature images should be no bigger than 400 x 200 pixels or seven lines of text.


Chatbox

+ Do not discuss site activity in the chatbox. By this, I mean don't say things like "oh, the site looks dead". If prospective members see that kind of thing on the front page, they won't be very likely to stay and look round.


All the other rules still apply, but I thought I'd remind you all of these ones as these are the ones I am seeing are being disobeyed a lot.
