we have a 2 and a half year old male chihuahua he has been deaf since birth.
he thinks that he has to mark the house, he even pees on our other chihuahua when she trys to go outside to do her business, we are planining on getting him fixed, but will this stop him from going every where? help!!!!!!!!! thanks |
