11.13 We've made a slight adjustment to the profile "tech spec" system. From now on the stats of new profiles cannot total over 42 points. Don't worry, characters that have already been approved are grandfathered out and won't be expected to make any adjustments.

Notice: In our never-ending quest to improve the board, we have opted in to have the Core upgraded to a Zetaboard, which is basically Invisionfree 2.0. They could not give us an exact date when the upgrade will take place, so if you see the board suddenly change, DON'T PANIC.

When the polar bear approached Sabreblade, he was some what alarmed and ready to take the defensive. But once he realized her intentions, we was grateful and more than a little ashamed as she pulled him off the ice by the scruff of his neck.
" Ah!!! Easy. EASY!" He was surprised that she could move him, especially with the ice involved. But she did it. All he had to do was keep pushing his weight with his good leg while favoring his injured limb. She manged to pull him from the ice and set him down. Sabreblade nervously looked around and sniffed the air for any familiar scents. Being drug like a cub would be hard to live down if any of his team mates were to happen upon the scene.
But the next thing on top of his mind was why. He still stood on three legs but more confidently now without the threat of slipping. He was regaining some of his confidence. He was sure if he had to he could attack more effectively now, even with one leg giving him some difficulty. But he fealt the need for that had passed. His curiosity had been piqued by this female Predacon who chose to help him rather than destroy.
" Umm... Thanks, Snowflake. I appreciate the.. lift." His head cocked sideways slightly as he began to inquire about his rescuer. " It's funny, but you don't seem like a typical Predacon warrior or scout to me. I mean, its my understanding from past experience that you guys would just slag a Maximal on sight. You could of, pardon the pun, "iced" me just now. What are you really, A technician, comm specialist, duct cleaner?"

Maydae gave a curt nod and a bearish snort.
Damn right she was no duct cleaner!
Thought she pretended not to be overly interested in his lament of a story, Maydae could secretly relate to it. As a medic, there were few, if any, who could out match her. Out of the med-bay, she was a walking disaster. She did not get along with the senior medical officer. The next time she crossed paths with the Predacon leader would likely be her last. And she had a nack for accidentally destroying or blowing things up.
The Maximal medic! That was who he reminded her of. The day of the crash, Maximals had arrived on the scene to help. Idiotic Bane had nearly refused the help. Maydae had been outside at the time and thought she would get blasted along with the Maximals. Fortunately, Maydae had been allowed to bring in the Maximal medic unharmed. Although Maydae did not like the crew, their functioning were still her responsibility. Many went off line that day but not as many as there could have been thanks to the visiting medic.
“Not at all. Be my guess.”
She could use the entertainment. There was just something amusing about bots trying to do self repairs. Besidse, if he really messed things up, she could patch him up. If he decided to take a shot at her, well, she was close enough to the pile of broken ice pillars to dive for cover.

The grinding made her cringe. Already her processor was shooting out a number of diagnoses and possible repair techniques. It was an occupational hazard. For an experimental prototype, her creators had really slacked on her programming. Pred or Maxie, she would repair them all. True, she was wary of Maximals but nowhere in her programming did she find herself limited to treat one alliance or another.
Old battle injury? Who had old injuries?! To her, it screamed of improper maintenance and shoddy repairs. The details of the battle did not interest her. Epic battles and such were not within her realm of interests. While others sat around regaling each other with war stories, she preferred to work on her inventions or download whatever she could from the ship’s memory banks.
Spot welds? All Spark help her. Just the thought of such crude mechanics made her want to groan out loud. Oh course he had been avoiding the med bay. It didn’t surprise her. Why did bots always put off maintenance when it was so clear they were in need of essential repairs?
A rock? Maydae watched him with wide optic horror. No.. he wouldn’t… even a frag-brain wouldn’t… But he did. Maydae winced. That did it.
“You mechs and your stupid strong arm tactics for everything,” she chastised and transformed.
She walked across the ice as easily as she walked down a corridor. Once she left the ice, she began pulling out tools from hidden compartments on her arms and legs.
“You love all the battles and smashing things but a simple med bay scares you? Typically.”
She knelt down beside his damaged joint. Without asking, she began examining the injury.
Frowning, she grumbled as she worked, “If Bane had found you, you’d be scrap and for what? Avoiding routine maintenance? Not doing the repairs right the first time. Oh right, getting scrapped is sooo worth avoiding the med bay for. Stupid mechs.”
