  • Brilliant, benevolent, and just a little manipulative when it's called for.
  • He has been the ambassador for the Gods since the start.
  • He's been the chief adviser to the city's Mayor for as long.
  • There is no need for him to change his face, no one clearly recalls what he looks like.
  • It is through him that the Bureau receives their funding.
  • He believes that the two worlds can live in peace—as long as the fabrics of reality do not brush.
  • Has had many arguments with LEONARD over this point.
  • Despite all their bickering the two are as close of friends as the situation allows.
